Is it just me or any girls' school anime should have a drill-pigtailed student who either arrogantly bullies the main character or is an overexperienced role model and top student?

konosuba is a big satire itself so it makes sense that they have every cliche anime character possible

Usually the role model is always some student council chic who gets high grades, and has a ridiculous amount of power over other clubs. Never really thought twintails were that common in bullies or role models.

But in this case, the MC is the bullying one (poor Yunyun).

That trope was actually quite common in the 90s to late 2000s but I don't see this too often anymore.
Haughty girl from nobility with drill haircut and THAT laugh.

This trope is called "noble laughter" and goes back to Japanese traditional culture where noble women laughed high with their hands over their mouths. This is the same historical Japanese meme as the fans calling the idol - sama.
