I feel like that was last year, a lot more otome isekai were released last year. Unless I am missing out on some that are releasing later this year, in which case please please please tell me. I have an unsafe addiction towards otome isekai.
| @The_Lord_26 there's already 2 this season, and there's another villainess anime called "Rekishi ni Nokoru Akujo" that doesn't have a season yet, but says 2024 obviously there's many more anime going to be announced when closer to that season, i mean summer list only has 4 anime right now, i'm sure they will add one in there somehow lol |

@winddevil1 Dam I didn't know about that, also there is only 1 otome isekai releasing this season, one of them that says "villainess" isn't isekai (and therefor not an otome isekai). And there were 4 last year if I'm not mistaken. So there still needs to be 1 additional otome isekai (Villainess levle-99, reincarnated in a dating sim and the one you just mentioned count as 3, but a sequel doesn't feel the same as a new one) announced this year. Hopefully they do announce them, I have a serious addiction to them and I fear I will end up doing something irrational like watching a good anime if more otome isekai don't get released.
| @The_Lord_26 I'm assuming the non-isekai you're referring to is 7th Time Loop, which uses the time regression trope instead of the isekai trope. Even excluding that one, there is still another anime that could be considered otome isekai airing this season - Gekai Elise - if you're interested. |
