Such a heartwarming story. I really hope it will get a new season but it’s too good to be true  !

well I don’t think there will be a second season.We might get a Movie or ova.But the possibility is low

the manga is fully adapted, so if we'll get anything, that will be anime original. At most it will be an OVA

there won't be, chances are too low. read the manga, anime didn't adapt everything

Nope the show ended in a conclusive manner don't expect S2 it's finished hmm if you are curious you can glance at the manga there are some more tads here and there

I believe it is fully adaptated.

But still wishing for an OVA or original story installment for this wholesome and enjoyable series.

you can start from chapter 22,23. but I think you should start it from the beginning

I doubt it even if I liked this series.

I also thought the story had already ended.
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

The anime adapted most of the manga, with some parts cut. As someone else said, just read from the start.

You should also check out the manga's sequel, Showa Otome Otogibanashi.
