Is the Chinese good?

Several characters in Revenger speak what is supposed to be Chinese. I don't speak Chinese so I can't tell how good it is. Can anyone who is more educated tell me? Does the VA of best boi Kakyouin just so happen to be fluent in Chinese?

Its heavily accented. Its err understandable but not fluent for sure.

i agree on the accent, even though i fully understand Chinese but i still need to listen very carefully if not i wouldn't be able to catch it or i will rewind to listen again if i didn't catch it the first time.

Doesn't Mandarin differ between accents so much that it is mutually unintelligible between different regions in China.

There are very divergent dialects of Mandarin but I think you talking about the non mandarin chinese languages (or dialects as the chinese call them) spoken throughout china.
