| Just as a warning: it is not. Source material might have been shoujo, but anime is pretty much shounen. Or even ecchi. Quite often an ecchi -_- So if you don't like this kind of anime, this warning is for you. :) |
| Shoujo isn’t a genre. It’s a demographic. The manga is serialized in Nakayoshi, which is a shoujo magazine. Though it’s not a conventional shoujo series, it’s still considered shoujo. Non Non Biyori is a literal seinen manga lol despite it not having adult themes. Anyway, if you like a show, the demographic and genres shouldn’t matter :) |

| Agreed :) Still, not everyone likes watching panty shots and half naked girls. Plus if anime is labeled "shoujo" one does not even suspect this kind of content. I wasn't XD |
