I actually have just started reading this. This was 2 months ago but I’ll still answer it in case anyone stumbles upon this novel. This is about a girl who experiences a single day multiple times. The day repeats but she remembers that the day repeats itself. (Something like Bunny Girl Senpai’s Tomoe case) While she is the only one who clearly remembers the repeated days, a classmate of hers remembers(?) or feels a sense of deja vu as if the day repeated itself.
You can find out yourself why it’s titled The Story of Unforgettable Witch.

I recommend reading it, it’s really interesting. Although, sadly, there’s only a few chapters translated into english.

2 volumes are out at the moment. I just caught up with the latest fan translation (chapter 4 of vol 1) and I can't wait for more! I also heard that a manga adapting the LN has just begun serialization.

Also, with the whole becoming a witch thing and time leaps I'm getting slight Madoka vibes lol. Or steins;gate.

I was gonna mention too, the art gives serious Kyoani vibes. I hope this gets an anime someday.
