I'm trying to watch Pandora Hearts in .mkv format. I tried using VLC and GOM player, but the video on both players skip a lot. Either my shitty Dell is too shitty or i'm not using the right video player. help?

MPC Media Player Classic with the Combined Community Codec Package. It completely replaced VLC for me.

I use whatever Flash player they use at YouTube/Funimation/The Anime Network/Hulu.

Or Media Player Classic.

I normally use WMP 7, but that's mostly because that's all my ancient PC can handle. I've been meaning to try MPC on my laptop.

Used to use Windows Media Player with the CCCP, however now that I'm a Linux-nerd, I use MPlayer. Works so nicely.

MPC is pretty solid and never has any problems... and personally i think the quality on it is the best.

Guess I should revise my horrible out of date post.

I use Media PLayer Classic with MadVR as a renderer utilizing CoreAVC when needed for CUDA decoding.
I told snoo I'd write up a easy guide on how to do this, but I'm super lazy.

The Kawaii Codec Pack is a great rebuild of MPC / CCCP
