Caught up with the manga and still can’t figure out which role Tokitake Yuka has in the story

I mean all the party members develop throughout their respective quests, Glen and Futashige especially. Keita is alright I guess, don’t think to highly of him. I think he’s rather a comedic relief sometimes. But damn what’s the point with yuka? Her quest wasn’t anything special and her resolve was pretty lackluster. I wouldn’t say she ever did something useful without the help of the others.

Everyone’s fun except her or is it just me

I get what you're saying but there's still a lot time for her to grow as a person.
Between new rounds and intermissions I'm sure her time to shine (possibly along a new player) will come.
