No, it didn't. I mean, its your opinion ig. But I couldn't, for the life of me, get invested in the characters or the plot of any season after the first. Psycho-Pass fell hard after Urobuchi Gen stopped working on it. He was one of the main reason why Psycho-Pass 1 is as amazing as it is.

I also agree. I loved as I watched 1 episode per day and the case was unfolding and the masterpiece that was first inspector

It is a main plot point. I haven't rewatched the show at all. I have watched the whole of psycho pass this year and I probably won't forget details like this even if I don't rewatch. You know what you season 1 fanboy. GTFO

Really hope so, the visual doesn't show Arata nor Mikhail, so I'd pretty much expect it to be a S3 prequel (given it's a movie also).
