It wasn't the best but also wasn't the worst thing out there. Just a bit shallow compared to the actual song.

What made Just Be Friends good was the fact that it had a banging song and the illustrations were very well we should have Yunomi P so thanks for that. I read the Manga and I'm disappointed about the ending because originally, it was that Luka left Daichi when she realised that their relationship was hurting her but in the Manga, its Daichi that ends it just because he was too much of a coward to just talk to Luka about how he felt about her career And I'll be honest, it didn't know this had a manga nor a light novel until doing deep research, yep I'm that type of guy, but moving on, I'm always curious with how the romance genre makes us feel happy, sad, sympathetic but this one... it's got some mixed feelings in my opinion. Daichi breaks up with her just so that Luka could achieve her dreams but what would happen after that? Luka may have achieved what she dreamed of but it wouldn't have been worth the effort without the person she loved... I hope Dixie Flatline does somewhat a sequel in any way that maybe Daichi and Luka can make it happen as they did back then... I know that this would be a bad idea but It's always worth the pain to be with someone and it will cure me of my ever-changing love and hatred for this Manga/Novel/Song whatever.

I just thought it would be nice for someone to post something at least.
