Distribution licenses usually cost more money and I think Cr just doesn't see any benefit with them as they never really focused on the blu-ray market.

It's only the really recent ones that were simulcast that only have the censored version in most cases.

Yeah Shinmai Maou blu-ray came out after Funi made a dub for it, I own those blu-rays and it's one of those blu-rays where there's both the Funi and Crunchy logos on the spine.
Shinmai Maou was licensed by Cr, is just that the dub was made by Funi, it's the same case with the Slime Isekai and Overlord, both shows licensed by Cr with dubs by Funi.

Like the one thing I liked about funi was the fact that they updated their shows and, other than interspecies reviewers, allowed a lot of stuff.
