I hate both series but Anos is definitely the better demon lord, I actually kind of forgot Ard was supposed to be super powerful when all he does is make a bigger harem every episode like at least anos is cool

tbh Ard WOULDVE been the better character since he has a reason for his social ineptness which is he was simply isolated bc he was so "strong".

I can enjoy both of them, I do not need to pick

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Ard isn't even a character.. Ya can remove him from the anime and have the enemies beatrn by invisible air and it still would be same..

Mmmmm. Idk man. Ains Ooal Gown is pretty op dude. Like the ability to stop time and cast an insta-kill spell as a result. I think they’re pretty evenly matched, but I will always think that Ains is on top of Anos.

I haven't watched Overlord yet but I've heard Ainz is really OP. But I also heard there's a specific character in Overlord that can overpower Ainz easily. Imo Anos has no competition. The dude is literally invincible.

They completely changed his personality in the anime. Read the manga he doesn’t get nose bleeds or freaks out at naked girls.

I dunno why they changed his personality to a beta cuck. Anyway Anos is still meta over him by a long shot. Anos got kissed on his first meeting with Sasha. lol
