| As many have pointed out, the pacing and delivery of the dialogue this adaption is pretty slow, which makes it a bit hard to watch. This may seem like an eye-roll-worthy idea, but after I increased the playback speed of the first episode I really did end up having a better time watching it. If whatever platform you're on is capable of it, trying setting the speed around 1.15x, that seemed much closer to normal anime dialogue pacing to me. |

| I'll admit that at a few points when the dialogue speeds up it sounds a little unnatural, but by and large it's worth it to avoid the agony of the snail-like pace. |

Anyway, glad it helped. I swear, with how much it improves the pacing and delivery of the jokes it's also like it was meant to be that way. While I'm sure they didn't just slow down the tempo of the audio, I can almost imagine the voice actors being directed to slow down their delivery to stretch out the material. |
