| It hurts to be loved, and Miyano definitely felt that way towards Sasaki. But...how to confess!? President Hanzawa...after all that nudging to Miyano, the last thing is that he may be homophobic as well. Reagrdless, Mya-chan and Sasaki's relationship...is only one sentence apart from making it official, and it rests on the former to properly confess. And as luck would have it, the Christmas party is coming, and those with girlfriends are traitors lols. If there's one thing Mya-chan, don't believe in urban legends. Tashiro REALLY hit the mark when it comes to them both, though being casual. The sad thing is that Sasaki is prepping for his final year exams, even during Christmas, but he takes time off to rest, and exclusively with Miyano on the Day itself, continuing from their movie date. Ooh, President Hanzawa has his younger brother Masato for reels, and he's quite the opposite nut when it comes to romance. Though his misunderstanding that his older brother is dating Miyano can look for real. Showing the disparity between brothers, Hanzawa has someone like that in his own family, and seeing both Sasaki and Miyano gave him hope that his gay brother would have the same hope as well. Luckily he's a straight. Miyano just CANNOT get the timing right to confess to Sasaki privately in school, and decides to wait, despite knowing the urban legend that couples will break up around Christmas. As much as Miyano is being aware of his surroundings, it's Sasaki whom took this long to realize his small actions, and I swear with the Kabedon, Sasaki's really inching for a kiss right there...SO CLOSE, yet so far. Will they remain together...or break up in proclaim? |

| What the actual fudge was that whole sudden bighuge Hanzawa insert out of left field in the episode before last?! Sorry not sorry but that's a trainwreck right there. And then basically skipping the entire Christmas thing?! Just... what. Screwed up even the otherwise enjoyable parts. Why??? |

I don't think we know enough about him at this point in the manga to draw conclusions about his sexuality, I think he could be either, or even aromantic asexual. Miyano also said he liked girls at the beginning but look where he is now LMAO. |

| excuse my language but FUCK ARE YOU SERIOUS, ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER?!?!?? Just about nothing happened this episode despite all of the build-up. Granted, of course if there was a confession it'd be on the last episode because that's how things work, but omg this is taking slow burn to a whole new level. the only thing getting me through this next week is that almost-kiss scene... <3 this series is my weekly serotonin, I'm sad to see it ending next week. but then I'll be reading the manga and anxiously awaiting the OVA :) but seriously, if there's no confession or kiss next week I'm gonna riot (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ edit: I couldn't help it, I read a few chapters in advance and omg I'm so excited for next week |

| I was figuratively sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the confession. I suppose it makes sense that they have to save something for the last episode. But boy, do I feel spent. I'm looking forward to the last episode and will hold off starting the manga until then. I can't wait to see the sweet conclusion. |

| Such a sweet episode full of Mya-chan pining aww, its unfortunate that it took so long for a good chance to confess to turn up Hanzawa sure is reassured about his brother's future romance after seeing how happy both Sasaki and Miyano are So close to confessing, yet called away...only for a kabedon and an almost kiss~! Can't wait for the confession next episode, the anticipation is already killing me >.< |

| Man, this episode really ended up feeling like filler. You could totally skip it and it wouldn't affect your understanding of the story compared to someone who did watch it...... I can appreciate a slowburn as much as the next person, but this just kind of feels like it's stalling for time. Fingers crossed for an amazing last episode tho!! |

| Myaa chan always trying to confess and people calling them over and over again, they make it so hard!! I hoped this episode was the confession but we still have to wait another one... Oh, Hanzawa's mom being glad he is straight is so wtf, you can still have kids if you're gay. I don't know if gays in Japan can adopt 🤔🤔 but they could always travel and get a kid somewhere else. And if Hanzawa doesn't want kids so what! Let him live! 😑😑 The almost kiss was 😍😍, I thought Sasaki was going to kiss him for real! |

| Senpai has a really large family! It must be hard for the mum, having 4 kids to deal with. Right now, I think I should go back and check if Miyano has always switched his bag in earlier episodes. Kuresawa got spaced out Miyano to raise his hand to make sure he was free. He's a good friend. |

He also realizes how difficult it is to confess, especially when Sasaki has already waited for so long. But I did not expect him to take that urban legend about couples getting together during Christmas time seriously haha I also found it funny that the screentime of setting up the Christmas date and Miyano on the meeting place took some time, but we only got to see photo stills of the actual date 😆 But it was nice to know more about Hanzawa since he has been a mysterious character They addressed that bit of Miyano switching the position of his bag! I was surprised that it was brought up since it was a detail that started very early on the series. But hello that cliffhanger //cries. Miyano, go go!!! |
| The more I thought about it the more I felt that Sasaki was really great at patiently waiting for Miyano's answer. If I remember correctly, Sasaki's confession has been around for about a year and during that time he treated Miyano the same as usual (not because he had waited too long, he was being indifferent) and instead treated Miyano more sweetly and kindly. They met almost every day and often spent time together too, it felt like they were so close and their feelings were getting closer too but no matter how close it was, it felt like Sasaki still couldn't reach it.. because in my personal opinion, waiting for an answer for quite a long time when the person I like is always near me is a bit scary and a bit unsettling. I mean, always being together makes me feel like they're mine but at the same time they're not. Moreover, Sasaki here is given the impression that Miyano really thought about and considered his confession and his feelings but because of small things like earlier, it could make Sasaki think that his journey to get Miyano to like him was still very long and far, or maybe he could think that he couldn't reach it. Maybe because it's a light and fun slice of life romcom so everything looks okay but I think it's cool if there are still people like Sasaki and Miyano, especially Sasaki in his patience and Miyano in his kindness. Especially if the two of them really became a couple... wouldn't the world look prettier and feel better? I'm so happy to see two good people fall in love and date each other, and I'll definitely support them to the death haha. ♡ Kuresawa too! He is a really good and supportive friend (and a great boyfriend too, yeah, I love him). Sasaki really considers Miyano's feelings as well as Miyano towards Sasaki, so I'm very happy to see Miyano finally really serious about his feelings and make a decision with complete confidence. Eventually the ice-thin gap will melt and they'll reach a fixed point... uh, next week's episode is going to be full of sugar and I can't wait! :'3 |

| Tashiro is such a cutie. He always keeps me smiling during his scenes. And that was so sweet & cute when Kuresawa praised him for being a good person, and he just brushed it off, such a sweetie. And their class has gotta be the most unrealistic wholesome boys class I’ve ever seen in my life LOL Hanzawa & his brother scene was actually pretty touching. He is comforted after seeing how happy Sasaki & Miyano can be. He was just worried for his brothers after all. And WOW Hanzawa is so hot in his casual clothes. And his brother is so hot too. Wtf. Dear Miyano, of course you find Sasaki cute. Everyone finds Sasaki cute. LOOK AT HIS FANGSSSSSSSSSSSSS |

| How to drag the obvious - the anime. I mean, just confess already! Sasaki is about to graduate in just a couple of months ffs. And also, that sure has to be the most uninspiring "coming out of the closet" confession I have ever seen. RIP Hanzawa's promising development for this season. |

| I thought it was gonna be some big plot twist that Hanzawa's homophobic, honestly I'm kinda shocked there hasn't been any sort of homophobia yet, but I guess that's mainly cause this is more of a nice fluffy sol instead of a serious one |

| Kuresawa and Tashiro are such bros, I'm glad Miyano has friends who not only accept his hobbies but support his relationship too :') Can't believe I never realized the thing about Miyano's bag lol, but it was sweet that Sasaki did. What a massive cliffhanger, it felt so abrupt too cuz this episode went by really quickly. All the more reason to be nervous about the final episode. byu2 said: I want to talk about Hanzawa. Now I understand why he mumbles "nii san" after Miyano consulted him in episode 10. It's not that he's homophobic, I'm pretty sure he's just burdened by his family situation. Both of his siblings are homosexual, and his mom put a lot of pressure on him on giving the family a grandchild. In my eyes, as an aromantic myself, I feel strong signs of Hanzawa being an aromantic himself. It's not that he doesn't like women, it's that he doesn't like anyone in general. He's very popular among girls, yet he doesn't have any girlfriend and friendzoned all of them. It's definitely an internal conflict for him as he is straight, but aromantic, thus unable to meet his parent expectation. This is a great take! Didn't even cross my mind that he might be aromantic, but it would definitely make sense for his character. If that is the case I feel extra bad for him, feeling like he's solely responsible for continuing the family tree when he'd rather not even be in a relationship. |
| erghhhhhhhhhh i cant remember anything from the manga!!!! there are some things i was/am hoping to see but im not sure if we'll see them in the last episode!!! so frustrating!!! also even more frustrating is this cliffhanger!!!!! i yelled when the ed came on!!! i love slow burn but at the same time i hate slow burn!!!!! |
