| Big Kuwabara vibes from Toda with his relationship with Dora. This was a pretty good method of solving Dora's crisis, as it both establishes another new fun character and provides a natural reason for Kusanagi to come to the conclusion to shroud Dora with his energy, making Dora the Katana instead so to speak. Kusanagi was pretty adorable this chapter, with him like bouncing on Dora's head and all. On another note, Doron Dororon started off fairly high in the rankings but seems to have dipped considerably since then. It only ranked above Ayashimon and Protect Me, Shugomaru. This doesn't read like it's being geared up for cancellation, so perhaps they're waiting for the volume release before deciding everything. Neru's mangaka apparently wrote in the volume that their series was cancelled before they volume release because of it's poor rankings, so hopefully Doron's initial high placement has saved it for awhile. |
