| i don't think this is bad because it's worse than naruto. i think this is bad because it's something we are really tired of, it's been over a decade from naruto ch.01 and we've seen these tropes explored in probably every way possible, good and bad, until exhaustion. AND, people who loved naruto since the beginning and yadda yadda yadda, do you guys realize you are also more than ten years older now and the story probably doesn't appeal that much to you? i mean, shounen is for young boys, isn't it? other than that, this smelled like filler, was a bit uneventful and the animation was horrible. seeing the ED i got a bit upset to confirm they are not using the other characters, i mean, konoha can't be made only by the characters from naruto, can it? come on! |

| I've vaguely stated this before and didn't want to solidify my opinion until I watched at least this second episode but here I go again: I feel like they've started this series off so well enough that I don't even care where they go with this. I'm still down. I was kinda expecting a way more action-packed show, but they've actually gone slightly laid-back. It's as if the stakes aren't extremely high, but important things are still happening. I like that. I don't even care if things get chaotic later; they've hooked me enough for me to keep going. Also, Anko's so cute. Help. I do hope they explore these characters a little more though! Ramkec said: Too be fair, the name "Boruto" isn't too much better, but it's okay since I feel he's exceeding the expectations his name comes along with so far. Maybe they're trying to say, "Hey, these kids didn't choose these stupid names, so look beyond those names and see who they really are". Would have been better if they went with like Iron Lee or something, even tho this is stupid as well. |
| was a episode a little boring, although we can watch the Boruto personality, and how he can do friends!!! Although is a little entertaining knows/guess what kid is son/daughter of the original manga series!!! kekeke The Chouji daughter easy to recognize!! Also the Lee son!! kekeke |
| I wonder when Mitsuki will be introduced. His character was interesting in the movie. And Rock would name his son Metal 😂 But it doesn't seem that he'll be as strong as him so far, which is a shame since Rock Lee was such a great character in the main series. Well at least Shikamaru's son has a more prominent role! :) |
| It was weird seeing Boruto "telling off" Iwabe about failing subjects, exams and skipping classes, when you know what his father was like during his Academy times xD Anyway, Iwabe's design seems cool and his role might be a bit refreshing :3 ALTHOUGH, the best character for me is instantly Inojin, such a cutie, voiced by Abe-san, he's son of my favourite pairing, and so delightfully ironic, can't get enough of him <3 Btw it's awesome to see that Shikadai is such good friends with Boruto since the very beginning, and is there to support him, but he looks SO MUCH like Shikamaru that hearing different voice coming from his mouth is just weird xD As for the girls, purple class president is obviously new Hinata (thankfully not AS shy), but I have a bad feeling Boruto and Sarada will have a thing together in the near future, sighh... Also, I wanna know moar about gothic lolita too! |

| Currently watching Boruto just to see how the old gang's children turned out lol X] Ino and Sai's kid is kind of a dick LOL. But he's not an annoying dick like Sasuke level hahaha I really like Shikamaru's son. He's so mature C: Naruto looks so promising and leader-like too as Hokage. So proud of our boy :') |

| Boruto got suspended for 2 weeks. Inojin appears. Oh snap! He smacked Boruto's hand away. Iwabe. 10 years ago they were at war? Anko...... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Why Kishimoto? Why you do that to my waifu? Boruto vs Iwabe. lol at the clones complaining that Boruto treats them so rough. Boruto won. Iwabe is back. Dat ending. Another reason why I didn't want to watch Boruto is because Kishimoto violated my waifu Anko. He turned the most sexiest character in the original series into that. I literally feel pain in my heart every time I look at her. |
