| I heard it isn't doing well. Red hood is in terrible danger and I heard a lot of good things about this series. I also don't see it in Oricon Ranking Sales at all. Before it came out to be dead last and now it isn't even appearing anymore. |

Publishers publish volume base on schedule, not number of chapters. What make RH special? New series care more about ranking than sale since it show readers interest. RH has been at the bottom of Jump ever since chapter 2, meaning that no one interest in it. Even it pre-order number show that there aren't much interest in it. Maybe you should pay more attention on how publisher release manga and how they determinate which series to axe. Manga publishers are more like IP generators, they care more about establish a fanbase since a strong fanbase is what drive up sale of both volumes and other merchandise. |
