Been looking around, but can't seem to find anywhere that has the LNs. Was wondering if they had official translations yet? Or are they only in Japanese atm? If anyone could help, would be thankful!

So if you want to read after the anime. I would suggest it to read form starting. As anime skips a lot to make it too to a nice end for season 1.

Also the web novel is being translated completely by a fan translation group. The LN isn't being translated by a fan neither is it picked by any English publisher.

Also if you want to read the manga, read it as it adopts the LN very nicely. Start form beginning of the manga and then when you reach the latest chapter go to the 82nd or 88th chapter of the web novel.

The 82nd chapter till 88th chapter has a nice arc which is worth reading. If you don't want to then after the manga come to the 88th chapter of web novel directly. The web novel as of writing this comment has like 430 chapters and the web novel is in its last arc.

Also if you decide to skip the manga and read the web novel only, then read the web novel form firat chapter as they cut a lot in the anime and makoto's character is a lot lot lot lot different in the novel. If you read you will find out why.

A small spoiler alert - makoto is lot more psychotic in web novel unlike the anime.

Sorry I don't know how to use the hide function in MAL

The manga is really nice (especially since the artist is really good), but changes a few things around a little bit so they flow better than in the webnovel.
Maybe these changes already were in the lightnovel, but since that isn't translated yet, I wouldn't know.

If you then switch from the manga to the web novel it might be a bit confusing at first, but after a few chapters most things should get cleared up from context.

Also there are some compilations of all of the English translated chapters into epubs (one epub per major arc) available on some torrent sites, which at least imo is a lot easier to read than having to jump from website to website all the time.

Ok, thanks for all the help and suggestions. Sad that there is no proper translations atm but at least now I have other ways of reading the source material. Thanks kindly!
