Idk y’all are haters. I thought it was decent and it was like a typical show where you predict what was about to happen. Yeah I’m the beginning the main protagonists is kind of wimp. Buts what a good story with showing the growth and strength of character becoming more of man. Animation is sick. Plot is good enough in my opinion and the songs are pretty good during the intense fight scenes. Ok every review there always a million reasons why you shouldn’t watch any show. Read the summary if you like it give it a shot.

I would give it and episode or 2 you can watch on Hulu. It’s interesting concept the way people have different powers. Usually bro if there is this much negativity and people talking about it. Is it probably is good to most people but the people that post are all usually negative and like to complain like most people. It’s got a good overall rank and high popularity

then just dont watch it ig 😅 u could always give it a shot, opinions and likes are really personal. in my case it does not really have the tropes/plotline i enjoy and the one part that i did geniuanly liked lasted for three episodes.

it wont harm to try it, but dont force urself either. at the end of the day anime is there to be enjoyed.

okay i took the freedom of looking at ur profile. i haven't watched vivvy buuut it may have some points in common with guilty crown. you know Gc is not that bad, what's bad about it (apart from quite a few things) is that it takes itself too seriously. it thinks its a deep and meaningful anime when i personally did not consider it that.

so yeah, turn off ur brain and give it a shot. at the end of the day if something, anything, was pulling u to watch it, then do it, ignoring the fact that many ppl dont recommend it. u can be the only judge of what u like.

It is worth a watch if you have a bit of free time. Kinda boring at times but has some interesting bits here and there. The music (the best part), animation, and direction are brilliant tho.

if u like romance and such then this could be a bittersweet anime for u but i personally liked the premise maybe its just me but i came in blindly and was impressed, maybe the story couldve been a little better but i watched it when i was pretty new to the anime scene so take this review with a grain of salt

It isn't good but I've also seen worse anime. Soundtrack is really good, I liked it a lot. The beginning is also quite OK but the quality decreases, especially at the end. If you have a lot of free time and no other anime to watch, give it a chance.

The story is so convoluted that you'll likely lose interest in the the 2nd half of the show.

It has it's moments, and the OST and animation are top notch, but the characters are forgettable and the writing is generally poor.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Well.. I started reading the comments above but gave it up Sish I don’t really see the point in people watching anime that they hate. Actually as far as I see it there’s no point in asking is it worth seeing it cause there are always haters who let the show down.
About this show I don’t think it’s bad at all. The character design is cool, the animation is fine and the story is also decent. The music is also well written and adds tension to action packed scenes. As I see it, read the story summer, check out the character list and watch PVs and if it makes you interested give it a go :) ..do not let others opinions put pressure on you - if you do not like somewhat the first 3-4 episodes simply drop it and move on to a next one cause Anime world has fairly wide menu to find your Nr1-s and have fun! ;)

Yes. The plot doesn't make sense. Characters actions are incompatible with their goals. The main protagonist Shuu, why is he in this anime? He joins rebelion for the dumpest reason, he doesn't fit there.

wow, I rarely see so much hate for a show so im actually triggered now.

GC is a pretty average anime. Its not a masterpiece but its not bad either. lol
When I watched it back in 2012 or so I had a blast watching it and my inner shounen still gets goosebumps at the end of episode 4 (I just did - one could say im that inspector guy on the side watching in awe ^^).
The music and animations easily keep up with todays shows as well.
Only the story is generic and kinda predictable. Its also very cliche.

Its not a copy of code geass - and it doesnt want to be. Just stop this BS.

Anyway...
By todays standards its average but it had and still has its charm.
It's certainly still better than most of the shows around as well.

Depending on your expectations you may actually have a blast like me but In the end its up to you...
