I watched the first episode of Night Head 2041 and it looks like it's connected to the previous title Night Head Genesis. So would you recommend watching Night Head Genesis before this one ??

Since the animation isn't that good I rather would recommend to read the 3 manga vol of it to understand the plot a little better

Sure he can :) I personally just rec this since the manga tells the background of the Kirihara Brothers and I think it's nice to know, also 3 manga vol isn't that long of a read too.

The animation in genesis episode 1 is already better than the CG we have for 2041, you must be smoking some of that village hidden in the leaf :P

Well, you didn't read the comment fully, he was asking for Night Head Genesis, and the animation isn't good of this one! 2041 is great indeed^^

No i read it, and that was what my comment was about, the animation in Genesis is better than the terrible CG in 2041, i mean its not even a fair fight lol

No i read it, and that was what my comment was about, the animation in Genesis is better than the terrible CG in 2041, i mean its not even a fair fight lol

It's just preferences if someone likes CG or not, but CG will be the future of anime at some point anyway so
Compared to the manga the genesis anime looks really bad for sure
