Is there enoug source material?

Is there enough source material for a season 2 or movie?
Because if there isn't we easily know what it's gonna be.
I would love a second season or a movie because I really enjoyed the first season myself. But I doubt we'll get a second one since the anime had a proper ending. A movie would be more likely but what would it even be about then?

I would love a movie or ova about Reki going to visit Canada with Langa and them snowboarding together.
The new project could be litreally anything so we can only guess.

I personally can see a lot of ideas for new sk8 content, I mean they still have the Cindereki drama CD, they could also make something about the squad going to Canada and snowboard, they can still explore even more all the relationships between the characters, or maybe some background story on the characters, maybe like OVAs about Reki and Langa's lives before they met,or something like that.

I don’t know what the 7 people who’ve voted yes are thinking. There is no source material. Sk8 is an anime original series. The new project could be a season 2, movie, or just an OVA, but source material is definitely not a factor.

I would love it if there was a season 2, but unfortunately I don’t think the anime such a big success to warrant a whole new season. It will probably be an ova or something.

Director Utsumi said she still has many ideas so i guess (and hope) there will be season 2.
Have you heard of new DRAMA CD about host club? I wanna see it animated so bad T_T

They could do a new series about ADAM getting arrested and the skating place getting shut down and how they all come together and deal with it. They could add new characters and challenges all together . The possibilities are kinda endless since it is an original work and so they dont have to follow the plot of a manga. They could just do some OVAs about each of the characters backgrounds.
