I would honestly just watch an episode or two to see for yourself. I've been enjoying this a lot this season simply due to how different it is; it's overall a nice change of pace and really enjoyable.

Whether it's as good as Nisios other work? Yep. As for me that's only 'cause I didn't like their other work as much so it all just comes down to preferences.

So honestly I haven't seen Nisio's other works but I love this anime. If you don't watch it for the tiny bit of intrigue that comes with each episode then the art itself can satisfy you. And the intro always brings a smile to my face.

Tbh it's a waste of time .
The philosophy is presented in annoying way that all of it can be extremely wrong and absurd ..
You can still watch it if you like a boy's thigh that appears every second he is there!

If you liked Monogatari for Shaft and Nisio Isin's style and not just for the waifus, it's worth giving it a try.

It has definitely more style than substance and I'm perfectly fine with that, but I guess most people aren't.

I am loving it, but I could see it not being someone’s cup of tea. It gave me big Ouran High School Host Club vibes, but modern and less problematic. It brings me joy but it’s not the best anime ever, in my opinion.
It’s very light, fast paced, and enjoyable! I recommend it!

dont know about nisioisin works but this anime is really good. it's just a bunch of pretty boys and a girl solving mysteries.

If you like Nisio Isin + Shinbou and doesn't mind the lack of waifus, I think you would like. The animation is pretty, the characters are quirky and the dialogues are intriguing. It reminds me a lot of the first season Owarimonogatari due to the mystery vibe, but way less darker

I like it. It's very very Nisio but if you're used to his pretentious dialogue and anticlimactic mysteries then you should give it a go. I think Monogatari, Zaregoto and Katanagatari are better personally but it's still worth a watch even if just for the beautiful art and direction (it's better than Juuni Taisen, at least).

Honestly, I'm liking this A LOT more than what I expected lol It is silly and over the top a lot of times, but the characters are enjoyable, the mysteries interesting and the animation good enough.

Imo, this is honestly better than the monogatari series in a number of ways, but that’s my personal belief. I highly recommend it.
