Why can't I add this manga to my list?

I'm reading this manga but I can't add to my list, please fix it.
I can't update for reading and mark the chapters which I've read it.

Because it hasn't been approved by a mod yet.
There's thousands of entries like that so it could take months...

Glad I decided to check the forums. I was wondering why I couldn't add this to my manga list. 😅

I have read a lot of manhua and I wanna put them in my anime list but I didn't find in my anime list as" hero I quiet a long time ago" "the beginning after the end" "the reborn of the demon god" "my three thousand years to the sky" and a lot more and there is also a manga that called the record of Ragnarok and there is also the light novel of "solo leveling"
