| I thought they use safe equipment at these places?.. I don't know for sure, though.. But if they don't - I personally won't climb then.. It's like 3rd floor of the house, to fall from.. Thank you very much, too much risk for too little reward.. I don't know about motivational stuff in this anime.. Not relatable and don't agree with many of it.. But whatever, you can't have everything, I guess.. Overall, a bit too moralizing OVA, but nice for additional screen time for girls.. I feel, though, that if maybe I go further into the series.. That it starts getting more of this motivational crap I don't agree with.. Well, show is called "encouragement of climb", after all, so they kinda do, what is in the title.. But I don't know.. Well, so far - I'm not too annoyed with what encouragement I've seen so far, but I have suspicions I maybe would start to dislike it with time.. Still, was an interesting series, because of Aoi as character, even if I don't agree with all her thoughts.. Some are pretty interesting.. |

| Just a stand-alone episode and it's about rock climbing this time. I am not into lolis so the fan service doesn't help either. I assume this is based on this OVA(?) |
| That was a surprise! I often thought that if I liked mountain hikes, indoor rock climbing might be something I should try. I'm a bit scared, though, because, just like Aoi, I'm not very comfortable with heights, haha. Ever since I was a child, I have tried to overcome this small issue by climbing trees, rocks, and windows ๐. My condition improved, but not completely. Sometimes, I have absolutely no problem with heights, and sometimes I'm taken by surprise by my own body. This makes things even more difficult because I cannot anticipate when heights make me feel ill and when they don't ๐ . However, indoor rock climbing is quite a challenge since my arms are not strong. I would certainly need some training first. Anyway, Aoi and her friends sure brought my enthusiasm back ๐. |
