That was some... very strange disguise. I mean, the strange thing is - that disguise actually worked. Well, okay, there was a fog, but not to be able tell appart completely different mobile suits, which only resemblance was mustache (and even the last one had different shape)...
I liked dance at the end of the episode, though

What was up with that dance at the end?

And the Red Team are just the strangest bunch of characters I've seen in a Gundam series.

Yeah, I've tried to rationalize somewhat strange events throughout the series but this made absolutely no sense to me at all, though.

Pssh, it's obvious that nobody except Charry can see through disguises, guys, and that' only because his mask has x-ray vision or a logical equivalent. That's the only purpose his mask serves besides being markedly fashion-forward. Even brushing your hair differently one morning allows you to become the Queen of the Moon Race for an entire season in this alternate Gundam setting!

As for the dance at the end, I felt it was a strange thing to add. I fail to divine any symbolism in it or any progression in their character dynamic. It was just weird and random and not even that cool to begin with.

So, now we know that Loran, Keith and Fran Doll (maybe a reference to Fraw Bow?) weren't the first ones that came down to Earth. Looks like they were studying the possibility to go back to Earth for a long time.

I think Sochie isn't thinking a lot about her marriage. Maybe she just wants to give Loran some jealousy. I think Loran and Sochie would be the best couple, but looks like things will not end like this.

This dance in the end... Why?

I kind of like the way this situation between Sochie, Loran, and Dianna is working out.

and as far as Tomino standards are concerned it's fucking brilliant writing.

The Red Team revealed asthe former immigrates descendants was weird: why did they devolved into some hippie band with strange concepts?

Thanks to the few intrigue parts touched upon by this episode, it feels like we are reaching the middle point. Great, because it was quite slow. I'm pretty sure it will end up like Zeta: a lot longer than it needed to be (although Zeta's fluff was far more annoying and common).

4/5 Finally done with the queen's slow realization?

There was A LOT going on in this episode.

I get so caught up in the little things of the show that I completely forgot why the hell the Moonrace is so pissed off with people of earth? Seems like it is not just one over arching ideology as to why, it's just different individuals having their own agendas with earth. Since the Moonrace military has no structured leadership, they're allowed to do what they want.. and yes, I actually had to type this out to help remind myself :).

The Red Team reminds me of how Loran used to act when he first arrived on Earth. He would sneak alone to the mountains at nighttime.

Sochie making Loran jealous by accepting Gavane's proposal. I would love to see her reaction when she sees Loran and Dianna dancing at the end.

Some more instances of mobile suits acting like people in battle. What kind of gags are these.

The fact that some Moonrace folks were living on Earth for "hundreds of years" implies hybernation again, I guess? Or maybe not. Idk. It's more likely that some people were just left to live on Earth and occasionally checked their FLATs. Anyway it still sort of explains the whole Lora confusion (a descendant of somebody who was left before).

Lol'd at Loran stopping Sochie with his shield.

Nice sudden dance

The doppelgangers, the hippies, the confusion over the "mustache" mobile suit this episode, the random dance at the end, I'm just attributing them as Tomino being Tomino and going along with whatever weirdness comes next.

So far the show has been too good to let such things ruin my enjoyment of this.

I don't really get how Loran and Dianna end up dancing in the end. Not complaining though since I like them together but kind of out of place here. Interesting development for Dianna in this episode. I really enjoy the show's intrigue into their history and views about the past between the Moon and earth.

Clearly sochie is marring the Zaku pilot to make loran jealous, too bad he thinks only about Dianna.
The dance at the end was so cute.

That ending scene had me squealing like crazy! I loved the determination that Loran showed to Dianna and the dance they shared to symbolize being in tune with each other's ideas. It was so romantic!
