| Reread Trigun maximum recently and just remembered how the story ended so differently than the Trigun anime. Not that the Trigun anime is bad by any means, it’s a really really well done compromise, but I think it would be nice to see a reboot with how the manga actually went, like FMA:B. It introduces so many cool characters, and the paneling in Maximum isn’t the best, so an anime adaptation of it would be really cool in my opinion. But I don’t think it’s going to happen, considering Trigun isn’t very popular in Japan and it’s over 20 years old now. But who knows, Dororo got a reboot after 50 years. And we had Badlands Rumble a few years back too. Dude I would literally sacrifice my soul for a Maximum anime. What do you think? Or do you think Maximum even needs an anime adaptation? |

| That would be a dream come true. Yes, please! They would absolutely need to change the name, like they did with FMA. The fans of the anime need a clear inditation that it's not just being redone, but the entire manga story is being adaptated. Trigun is a cold classic. I would imagine the backlash to a different ending to be even bigger than it was for FMA. Anyways... one can dream, right? Maybe we'll see it one day. |
