It was hilarious when they dropped into the emperor's bath. Overall really enjoyed this season. Hope a season 2 will come soon. |

| finally an end to this farce; the 3D models are absolutely gorgeous, beautiful, stellar, the animation is very inconsistent and mostly so-so, the fights are decent, the story was... kinda eh, the "humor aimed at 5-year olds" really did not work with me in this one, it was so incredibly forced, and dumb, i'm just glad it's over, out of the three 3D-donghua i have watched, this is by far the worst one, i feel kinda sorry for the pretty 3D models since the animation is... so bad, really, more times than not. not just the regular moving around, but the silly cartoon animations and sound effect really felt out of place, i can't even tell how many times i cringed. -the very first episode i even wondered why there was a stupid, "cutesy" little sidekick, but overall this series... is not very good, at all. really, the only thing this has going for it, to me, is the gorgeous 3D models, and nothing else really, everything feels too forced. i can only imagine the novel? manhua? it's based on is better than what the animation did to it. |
