| They're making a new manga to go along with the new anime but it's not the same exact story as the original. |

| Read the first chapter, it's adapting the currently ongoing anime. I haven't played the VN so I'm not sure how faithful the old manga adaptation was but I really really liked it, I think this is kinda unnecessary. |

| Since this is a new arc and not an adaptation of onikakushi, I don't think it's fair to call it rushed. Also, in the manga of the earlier arcs, it is the answers arc that got the better pacing. |
