| took me awhile to realize who is narrating. Shimamura found a friendless girl hiding in the second floor of the gym.. what's that weird astronaut? (manga readers please do not answer, don't want to be spoiled. -- and I won't read any quote, just to be safe. lol) Seems to be some part of the plot. Makes me think there might be some mystery involved in this anime. looking forward to next week! :) |

Well.....I haven't really watched much Shoujo Ai but some Yuri relationships........ I was planning to watch Bloom Into You from a long time but I think it is somewhat similar to that. So I'll save that for later. I hope they don't focus too much on their friends.......and only show Relationship b/w Adachi and Shimamura!! |

| That was a weird first episode. Idk if I've ever seen an anime that took so much monologuing from the LN. If only Saga of Tanya could have gotten this treatment. But yeah really slow start. Guessing there weren't be a lot of romance happening unlike bloom into you. |

| Eh... This was certainly a big slow whole of... nothing. Boring as fuck. In fact, the only part that was bearable was the one with Shimamura's two friends - cause there was shown at least bit of character dynamic. But shortly after it was sadly confirmed they are not the focus of this show - which is sad cause it would be much more interesting to watch the adventures of four of them rather then agonizing sighs and shallow fantasies of both main girls. Also, that big boobs fanservice was totally unnecessary, probably desperate attempt of editor to hook at least some of the readers/viewers. And that walking alien was big load of wtf. I really hope this gets better in the next episodes but so far, Adachi feels like totally uninteresting character and constant pauses and long monologues are dragging this show more than necessary. If I ever wanted to watch yuri, I would watched Sakura Trick instead and for shoujo ai there are many better series where actually things happens, like Maria-sama ga Miteru. Or maybe more recent movie Asagao to Kase-san where both girls actually have a chemistry together. Not here. I mean, it felt like the whole story was written by 13 year old. That would not be necessary the bad thing but inconsequential thoughts and insecurities of young girl who has no aim in the world probably isn't something worth of writing about (unless you are Okada and can do it pretty well to reflect their thoughts and fears to viewers). Even slice-of-life needs to have some premise at least. And this naive story is probably something only 13 year old girls would enjoy watching. |
| Not completely sure what to think yet, but certainly intrigued. Art style is rather pretty, there’s this nice, moody atmosphere, and there’s this artsy symbolism/motif/general oddness going on. I’m curious to see what’s with this spaceman thing. Our main pair feel more fresh than I expected so far. They’re not heavily cliched, but also not particularly pronounced characters yet; hopefully we see some strong establishment and development as the show goes on. In particular, I like Shimamura as narrator a lot so far — the show grounds her in a pretty unique perspective, and she feels surprisingly relatable/believable as an adolescent in a way most shows really miss. |

| Very impressed with the visuals and the character dynamics. I don't understand why so many people are negative about this. Yes, it's very slow paced because there's a lot of monologue too. Yes, it's boring because there's no tension or over-the-top drama. It's a shoujo AI, so I don't quite understand what is it that people were expecting? It reminds me a lot of Bloom Into You, which is my favorite romance of all time. Remains to be seen if it's on par with it, but for now I find this to be very underrated, the hidden gem of this season I'd say. |
| It feels quite fast paced but I guess they want to squeeze as much as they can from the light novels into this one season. I would've preferred they took it a bit slower but I don't know how much they want to cover. I am guessing two volumes at most. I wish yuri anime could get more than one season too but they're just not that popular I suppose. Anyway, I enjoyed the episode overall. I'm a big fan of the series and I'm looking forward to future episodes. Hearing all the characters animated and voiced makes me overjoyed! |

| A Yuri show, alright. It's been sometime since we had Yagate Kimi ni Naru a.k.a Bloom Into You, and I would not have expected this series to be from the same novelist that created Shaft's Denpa Onna all those years ago. Akari Kito and Miku Itou as respective VAs for Adachi and Shimamura, and a knock-out job for a light-hearted premiere episode. Tezuka Productions's quality can't quite match TROYCA's, but whatever it is I'll take it. On the case of the manga adaptation though, Mani's illustration is quite close to the content adapted, while taking some liberties from the Moke Yuzuhara illustrated one as well. But whatever the case, the strange relationship of Adachi and Shimamura is like friends in want, but can't quite discern their needs for a start, which is totally fine by me, since it's just the introductory stage. | Decent start. There isnt a clear top and bottom yet lol. I wonder who will fall for the other first. My favourite girl is the blue hair one. I really like her. There wasnt much romance this episode so this might be a slow burner. Which Im fine with as long as we're given a decent level of yuri throughout. |

| shimamura's friends are super annoying & i feel sad for adachi :( excited to see how their relationship develops! also, this animation is so cute, honestly a 10/10 for me on that aspect. the fan service scenes were a little much tbh: they were overly obvious and distracting. plus a whole character dedicated to 'big boobs' fan service? pretty awkward but i feel like the show definitely has potential. i don't hate this and i don't think i'll drop it but i'm predicting a 6-7 rating. |

| I'm not a big fan of Shoujo Ai, in fact this is actually my first time watching one. As far as I can see there's quite a lot of pretty good thing happening, the relationship between them is kinda cute. The looks are pretty good the close up on the eyes are very fascinating, this is kinda like Kyoto animation but a Shoujo Ai one. |

| It has been a while since I last watched a shoujo ai, so I really wanted to watch this show. And considering how much I liked the first episode, I am glad I did. It is quite apparent from the start that the selling point of this show is Adachi and Shimamura's relationship. Well, they are the titular characters after all. However, the other characters aren't bad either. I hope they will play a somewhat big role in the story. The animation looks really fucking beautiful. I think it's quite creative too. Anyways, I really enjoyed this episode. Looking forward to the next episodes! I wonder who the "astronaut" is, though. |
