Major differences between the anime and the manga, and a good place to start?

That's pretty much all of it in the title. Binged the anime recently and I was wondering if it had any major differences in the narrative compared to the manga, and if so where a good place to start would be. That or whether reading some specific chapters that have the differences in them and then starting where the anime left off Chapter-wise would be better.

Theres only 95 chapters so I'd say just read it. Theres some differences here and there, a little more context in certain instances with some more filler but in all honesty I cant remember specific chapters or anything like that. I can say the chapters are well behind the anime, without spoiling to much.

I don't think that there's any major difference between the 2, except the ending of the anime, wich is kind of original(more like Novel spoilers). In general, it's just a chance of theme with the manga begin darker. It also fix some of the light novel chronological issues. I think chapter 85 may be a good start.
