This is fire. I need it to be licensed and published, VIZ pls

I am not sure how constantly beating Aino is going to save her though... she couldn't commit suicide over her success, right? Maybe she was killed by some psycho fan/stalker of hers? Then why is that so important? Yeah, being a rival/friend to someone is pretty cool, but it could also lead to some serious struggles like depression or even cancellation of the series. And all these root out of 144... I will try to think about all the clues later, when I finish playing Zero Escape, lol, my mind is busy enough with all the puzzles.

Also I think it's MC who sends all these Shonen Jumps to himself from the future. He probably gave up on his career in chapter 1 because there was no time-travelling magazine.

Mindblowing chapter, I could have said that if I hadn't seen steins gate. I am not fan of steins gate but then also this manga is doing good work and has potential

Like the change of tone the past 2 chapters have taken. Keeps the interest alive for a bit longer for me.

Let's hope it will not follow TPN's quality drop too) First arc = best arc.

This is one of the most incomprehensible mysteries I've seen in a manga. The overall time communication and mechanics seems similar to Steins;Gate, though there doesn't appear to be any power to retain memories. The good news is that this manga has a great deal of potential, but that also gives it much greater room to fail. I also suspect it won't be that interesting of a mystery story because I doubt the information needed to solve the mystery will actually be provided to the audience. The result is that this will be mainly a thriller, but this manga seems to be more than capable in handling that.

My crazy hot take is that Sasaki is the killer. He has already demonstrated that he is impulsive and prone to emotion swings. It explains why he can't know details about the future, and why someone would go to such lengths to have him ghost right the story. I highly doubt this is that actual story, but where this story can go is making my mind race.

Sadly, a majority of WSJ manga end up with long-term quality drops. You rarely find true gems that start and end well (Bakuman, Kenshin, even Gintama would have been one except it truly ended in Jump Giga).

A lot of manga either just run on and on till they lost steam and have to end forcefully, or just completely flop with their writing by having tons of issues (whether its potholes or rushed pacing).

except maybe it would be better for him to write the story as he sees fit rather than mimic Aino

As if things weren’t intense enough for a Sasaki, now he needs to create a White a knight that can beat anything Itsuki will ever make in order to save her!

If this gets axed it'd be funny if the mangaka goes with the bad end and has her die.

"Your defeat means her death" hmmm interesting, maybe the stress of White Knight drives her to suicide? Or she gets John Lennon'd by an angry fan? I hope this is able to tell its full story.

Couldn't agree more. Authors should know when there is time to stop and not just milk poor cow until there is blood instead of milk.
Well, one could say editors probably pressure them to go on for as long as possible? But then why Kimetsu no Yaiba was allowed to be finished? This is one of the most best-selling series of Jump rn.

I’m guessing most creators want to keep it going due to its massive popularity, it is incredibly difficult to get a series published in jump and even harder to get popular, so if you manage to generate a large fan base, alongside a shove from the higher ups to keep it running the series eventually gets milked and the author burns out and runs out of ideas. A lot of series are ended by the author when they get tired of it like Yu Yu Hakusho and Demon Slayer (even DBZ) which may have been pushed to include an extra final arc but at least the creators were able to step away

This is great, loving it. The part where the sand made the smiley face gave me chills. Damn, that entire conversation was super interesting.

Huge props for the art though, it's insane.
