| Well if it's one episode = one novel then it's make only 6 episodes ^^ so it would more likely be 1 novel = 2 episodes or something. In any case I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I don't remember ever being so anxious about an anime :S And yay for the more restricted rating ;) PS: no, there was nothing in the 2 OVAs about the cheating part ;) |

| well I don't think it's long :S I mean, it is hardly the sex that is the only reason for the existance of this show. The story and the characters are so complex that as far as I'm concerned, there's more material for a longer show than for the most that have been made. So, like, it's faaaar from too much, I'm actually so happy they've seen the potential. Ai no Kusabi is one of the few BL stories that has such a touching story and such developed setting. But yeah, cheating or not I knew what you were referring to ;) and even if there was a hint, I'm so bad at getting them :P (hints I mean) so I wouldn't know ^^ |

| i loved this series so much! thank god i didn't mind the old visul, i mean now that theyr making a new version, that means they can get a more profund look on the manga right? it just doesnt mean they are goint to "kill" the story. |

| Oh my gosh, you have no idea how badly I have been waiting to see this since I heart about it in June. I just keep getting this nagging feeling that the way anime is portrayed today...its...its going to be ruined! This is close to the last good yaoi us yaoi fans have left, I pray they will not ruin it with cliche characters, and too much fanservice... |
| I'm finding it hard to see how they could render these very special and deep characters into clicheed ones, I mean they would seriously have to work hard on destroying them to be able to do that :S I know what you mean though, but I'm a strong optimist that whoever decided to give a work such as Ai no Kusabi a second version has to be really into it. If they only wanted a simple fanservicy thing, they'd just take some random manga and make it into anime, but if they are going to re-adapt a work that was already successful as it was, then I'm quite sure they will be doing it with love and understanding that Ai no Kusabi deserves :) (I do hope I won't be laughing/crying at these words after the anime is out, I'm so rarely an optimist :P ) |
| I honestly can't see this airing in 2009...it's almost October and we haven't heard anything else. Unless they air it around Christmas..even so. It's bound to be more in 2010 than 09 :/ |

| Yup, voice actors are completely amazing for the new Ai no kusabi! If we have any quality guaranteed that's voice acting :D And yeah, exactly, didn't even cross my mind that there was only one yaoi as long as this :S that's not fair :P But as long as we get our beloved i no Kusabi, I'm happy ^^ Better quality than quantity i say. Any other news on when the first episode will be aired? |

| no, it's basically the same thing. The new OVAs are the remake of the old OVAs which were based on the novel. The only thing is, the novel is so detailed and the whole setting and story are so developed that two OVAs hardly do it justice, so they decided to make it into 13 episodes ^^ |
