| Just like most others Dokumushi has gotten some interest from youtube. I was interested and picked up all 6 volumes from a manga shop here in Japan. I read the whole thing and decided I really did like it enough that I want everyone to have a chance to read it. Originally, I had some mates that were going to do cleaning redrawing and typesetting while I was going to do the translation. Unfortunately, it seems I am the only one who is up for the challenge. So I have decided to just do it myself. I have already started the cleaning process and have some of the volume 2 script translated. I will be starting from volume 2 since that is where timeless scans have drop off the series however I will go back and do volume 1 as well eventually since, and to be honest, the translations were quit poor in my opinion. no one just yells out "NOISY!". I will update this form, my twitter and my discord as to the progress of it when I can. As long as people are interested in reading it I will do my best to deliver! If anyone is willing to help I would love you forever. Just Join the discord and shoot me a message. Edit: To clear things up for everyone, unfortunately I only was only able to translate part of the 2nd volume before a bigger group started translating it. either people from the group started dropping link in my server in what appeared to be an attempt to intimidate me. On top of this I was doing a lot of it by myself and I stated working a lot more so the project got abandoned. |

| I’m already 40 pages into cleaning the sheets to typeset in just one night so maybe this will go quick. In case no one knew there is actually a live action movie for dokumushi also. The only thing online is bad quality and with chinese subs. Might go pick up the dvd from and store, rip and sub it if people are interested. I will get it because I want to watch it and it not look like trash but I don’t mind subbing it for people. |

| Thank you too everyone who is looking forward to the translation. I have redrawn and cleaned half the volume and will start typesetting and posted pages in the discord channel as soon as this afternoon (in Japan). This is mostly so people can proof read and check make sure nothing is left out. Of course if you just want to read asap please feel free. Also. thank you for your patience. This is the first time I do this sort of thing other than only the translation portion. Before this I didn’t even really know how to use photoshop. I am also not a great artist but I think my edits are coming out alright. If you decide to join the discord please let me or leroy know if you are there for dokumushi so We can give you the role for that text channel. Whenever I post pages or give a bigger update I can use that role to tag you instead of tagging the whole server. I will also post the pages to mangadex as well but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to submit the whole volume since Dokumushi doesn’t actually have chapters. If I need to submit chapters I’ll just try to cut it up into 4 parts. If anyone know anything about this please let me know. |
| Good news! Some is now helping me by doing cleaning and excellent redrawing! Now I can focus on typesetting and translating! :) |
