| Why is Hoshiai no Sora not talked about? I thought it was a great anime that went over serious topics that aren't looked into. The anime also had a bomb ass intro and ending and overall, the anime was just a masterpiece (in my opinion). How has this anime not blown up yet? |

I honestly thought it was a 7/10 at the beginning; not great, just good. But as it went on, the forced drama was so bad. I dropped it at episode 10. The main reason why it didn't blow up, is because of the fact that it isn't completed. It was originally 24 episodes, but the production committee screwed them over, and the remaining 12 episodes are a mystery. Besides the anime only being half complete, I thought the drama was good. It shows the effects of bad parenting on adolescent teens which not many animes touch on |

moonprisimpower said: if you enjoy drama, you will prob enjoy it a lot. its filled with kids being angsty lolI couldn't even finish the first episode. Sports shows are already iffy for me and I wasn't interested, it was doing too much. The comments section on the episode was also a war zone and turned me off |
| It had so much potential but the fact that it as only 1 cour made it feel rushed.It should have been at least 20 plus episodes like the director originally intended it to be. |

| The fact that at first it was describe as a sports anime may be a reason. As it is quite different, people who expected to see a "simple" sports show might not appreciate all the time taken by the drama part. And inversely, people not interested by sports may have overlooked it. |
| Honestly I'm surprised it gets talked about as much as it does. I can't see the appeal of the show and the drama felt forced. |
