So we got to see May in her Gunpla body. Well that's unique.

Seems this episode provided some info dump about Masaki Sado, a very skilled Diver. Quite a moody epsiode tbh. Hopefully Hiroto and May will find their own ways of building a better future for their worlds.

May wants to ride a taxi dammnit! :D

So this time we know the risks- they're a chance they can end up like poor Masaki and stuck in Eldora (probably as that AI's puppet...)

So Parviz is wheelchair bound. I'm assuming he suffered a plane crash or something and that's why he was so afraid to fly in the early episodes.
This is not your planet to rule. The Fallen shall rise again.

Real life person reveal is alway the thing I looking for the most in virtual reality genre, in previous Diver I still don't see person I'd love to meet in real life the most 'Ogre', though Tigerwolf is very satisfying.

In Re:Rise what I love most is how Kazami change from seme body in game to uke body in real life, which is very welcomed by me! And our protagonist Hiroto stays the same as usual.

This is quite a lot to take in. I'm going to be in spoiler territory for a bit.

With that said, this series has got my interest, and I look forward to seeing the second half of the story in April.

I think this episode was pretty good, it had the weight it needed after what just happened, and this already feels on another league compared to the previous Build Divers. I also liked to see Kazami and Paru's real appearance. Kazami's real appearance matches his personality better somehow, and I think that being on a wheelchair gives way more meaning to Paru's wish to keep flying. Well, they met the Seltsam's pilot, they know how he ended in the "real" world, and that the danger is real. But even so they still went back there, they couldn't leave Freddie and his people alone, and it was kind of moving. Here's hoping none of them ends up like Masaki or worse.

Not only his. Sharyah's motivations in the previous season also makes a lot more sense now.

Man, I didnt't expect this to be split cour. But considering how the production is struggling, it is probably for the best.

They are related, at least from the royal family's last name.

Oh gosh Nanami Nanase appeared but stayed silent, with Magee back, and cute goth May.
The irl they seem more interesting, May's much more expressive pout, fisherman Kazami's more funny less awkward with a matching body, Par still cute but a wheelchair arabic prince?
Masaki's stuck in a Nervgear/game as Saltsam's pilot, somehow became a traitor of the Eldora natives. Bit odd May never warned them they could lose consciousness like him, but the growing mysteries are quite interesting from 30 light years away.

I guess with her involvement she probably is part of the force that is helping EL-Divers like May.

Essentially so. It supports the idea of a Nervegear-like immersive VR experience GBN brings. It's more like their consciousness is transferred to GBN and by proxy Eldora.

P.S. I thought GBN is more like our version of VR, where we can move around IRL while being involved with the game. That was my thought when Hiroto's forehead injury was inflicted not just in-game but also IRL. But apparently I was wrong on that aspect.

May calling for a Taxi and pouting after was my favorite moment.

Overall this wasn't as terrible as the previous season. I was bored most of the time but these last 2 episodes were pretty good. Hoping season 2 of this can keep my attention like the last 2 episodes did.

the planet thing didn't make any sense. like was it there the whole time since season 1 divers hiding in the background like was GBN actually a whole world or was it a recent incident? Man gotta wait for part 2 of re:rise to clear that up. Another watada work that feels weird like build fighters try. I am still more comfortable with original build fighters, everything else that after it like try, divers and re:rise doesn't sit well.
