I'm guessing WoU Part 2 will air in Spring (April) 2020 so we'll see him in action by mid-May then. Even if they were to take a 6-month break like for Part 1, we'd still see him in action by mid-August or so (Summer 2020 Season) Granted I haven't read the light novel though, I've heard that Kirito won't be in action until the very end so I just based my predictions on that. |

Yes, he comes back on the third chapter of volume 18 (alicization arc ends on v18), so I guess that in the anime it'll be on the last 3 or 4 episodes of the next season. |
