| I don't agree with you on everything you say. Hibiki is a bit blant at times and the show is solid. I don't agree with you on every other villain because they've all got good character to them. Symphogear started weak, but Hibiki was a bit of a bat person in my opionion. |

| Doctor Ver, of course, nothing comes close to him, still waiting for his cameo in XV. Adam was the coolest villain, however. Vanessa is the hottest one. |

| I never really thought about favorite Symphogear villains. If we’re not talking about “former villains”, it’d probably be Adam, because at least he’s just straightforward with wanting to destroy shit instead of being a complete maniac or having some self-serious sob story (I’m looking at you, Carol). |

| Dr. John Wayne Vercintox is one of my villains in fiction period. He's a giant coward who wants to be known as hero and he'll use just about any means to accomplish his goals. Combined with the fact that he's the world's goofiest mad scientist, it's hard not to love him. I hope in this season, it's revealed that he downloaded his brain into a robot body. Fine is my number 2, she seems to be the most influential villain in the series. Personally I love her her goal of trying to destroy the moon to get God senpai to notice her. Carol is number 3 and I like Carol more as an allegory than a villain. Her quest for revenge ends up fruitless as those who wronged her are long dead and she ends up forgetting the reasons why she wanted revenge in the first place. Adam ranks at the bottom for me as St. Germain takes most of his screen time away and we don't time to get to know him. Adam does make a pretty good impression though |

I personally loved him cause he's just evil for the sake of being evil but wacky enough you cant really hate him unlike Adam who's basically boring Dr Ver. Fine is my personal favourite just cause I love everything Season 1 related and just cause she was the most Symphogearlike villain. She's the one who really felt in place in Symphogear. |

However, the only one who had a strong will to accomplish her plan was Finé. Worst was Carol: understand the world=destroy the world... In other words, there are no villains in Symphogear (from the beginning of AXZ, it seems that once more the villains have some "noble goal" and will becomes once more good ones in the end). If we forget about the main villains, then there is clearly one: Fara Suyūfu. Indeed, she destroys the keystone which can be viewed as a piece of art (I am not completely serious on this...). |

Symphogears always had a villain problem so I've just come to accept it. I think Fine was the best just cause she was the one that made the biggest impression. (After Dr Ver it kinda just felt like recycled stereotypes) |

There are also some real villains though, like Bakura who never changes from his original ambitions, and in GX Darkness (but the guy is essentially an avatar of death...), in 5D's once more villains have "noble intentions", and I stopped before zexal... Interesting quote from Adam, it gives me more incentive to finish AXZ. |

Thanks! I have learned a new word, and I find it quite interesting how the word differs from the Latin/Italian "cornamusa" - "cornemuse" in French - (the etymology is probably the same as the German word "Sackpfeife"). |
