| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This is comically creepy.... I mean, the big egg and mysterious circumstances to set up for this game to reach the money checkpoint. Nonetheless, we got a dating game type challenge. The egg jokes aside, I think this episode brings together an interesting way of storytelling. Really curious to see what other games this show has in its lineup. |

| This must be one of the most ridiculous anime I've watched in quite some time, and this episode somehow upped the weirdness compared to episode 1. Why does Nurture Game girl have grenades? Why is the main character obsessed with pandas after episode 1? You know what, I can't bring myself to care anymore. Dropped. |

| Man this anime is getting a lot of backlash huh? I think this has been a pretty good anime so far. Each character is pretty likable and the story is pretty enjoyable in my opinion. This episode particularly was very funny especially with Lady Murasaki being born. We got to see Himiko in her element and we were able to see just how serious she takes her nurturing games. Aww man when they were praying during the egg hatching I was rolling. I thought i was going to dislike Akatsuki later on but he just continues to make me laugh. His Papa and Mama moment with Himiko was adorable...but my shipping interest will be peaked when I find out next week whats up with him and Yuzu. She's very pretty. |

| I love how unpredictable this show can be. Basically I would never get bored watching this cuz it's those one of a kind type of show. It'd bored me to death if this is yet another kill or be killed survival game, so glad it didn't take that route. Cute characters and funny interaction on top of unpredictable plot is something I really enjoy. Also it seems the plot can get serious/ dark any time soon too. The glasses girl looks like a yandere in the end with all those photos of mc. I think mc is cute too so no objection :3  |

It's like they are trying to make all of their tasks weird and quirky but it just comes off as creepy and stupid. Their delivery isn't even comical, it's just dumb. |

| Ah, I thought this anime was going to be crappy, but the scenarios and character interactions really make the show, it's all very random and odd, which I guess is a turn off for most people, but I enjoy it. Also the Panda girl is freaking adorable and I love her accent. I'm gonna miss her. |

| The only thing I gleaned from this episode was the panda, she was cute as hell. So kind and heartwarming. I'm pissed off she disappeared at the end. Well, it looks like the entire cast is still completely flat. I hoped I could have cared about one of them. One of the bathing women made a yuri/secret penis joke for viewers. Accurate click-bait. |

But they were quite literally kidnapped... in the manga there are detectives tracking down the missing kids (which should have been in ep 1 but most likely wanted to skip it for time). And it's not tagged as isekai either. Just from what happens later its highly insinuated that they're still in their own world... otherwise several plot points just would not be made the way that they are in the first place. Overall, I just mentioned isekai because so many people are going into this anime with completely different expectations of the genre... although with a ton of isekai out nowadays and the ambiguous ep 1, I could totally see how you could come to that conclusion. Ohhhh.....thanks for clearing that up for me. That actually makes the series a lot creepier. For some reason I just assumed they'd been isekai'd because the area they were in was so weird, and they kinda just...appeared, appearently. What you said makes more sense in the context of the series, though. |
| Well, I guess it's more enjoyable if I just throw away any sense of logic and reasoning. At least the characters become a bit more enjoyable in that sense. Ending visuals make remind me of Durarara's ending visuals. Though I don't see any actual correlation in terms of staff, so I guess it's just inspired by it. |

| Eh...not feeling a lot for this episode though. Understanding that it sorta throws anything at its way to try being relevant, even in an isekai world. But this is definitely an interesting yet intriguing series, if only not taken seriously. |

| Pretty strange but kind of interesting at the same time. i love how it always go for an emotional/touching moment with a music at the end of each episode. Also what is the context of the environment? looks like its in the real world with camera and all the technical stuff but what about the creatures? are they robots, magical? genetically modified (as the title have a word "Genome") i guess we have wait and see. |

| First ep was a little meh, I really liked our protag with his weird and kind personality, and obsession with the panda, but it was ultimately eh. Did NOT expect the second ep to be so hilarious. Really getting the Angel Beats vibes??? Probably won't delve into the emotional/drama that Angel Beats did,, but the humour is real. |

| A bit weaker than episode 1. Characters are the main strength of the anime. The "game" was a bit annoying with the panda. I like the one with the long hairs - even though I usually don't like these type of girls. I hope her being stalker-ish towards the main boy won't maker her annoying in her behaviour later. |
