This episode was OK, but not much more than that. But I admit that having an inside threat was a good idea for a final episode. 3/5 Overall: see the TV run's last episode discussion. | Another great episode. Again I think having more than just Kei and Yuri to care about made this a stronger entry than most. The setup to the episode wasn't amazing but it gave us a pretty tense and fun ride through the rest of the episode with good action and fun character moments. Once again I wonder if they pushed the envelope alittle more here and there once they knew this was going to be an OVA episode. I mean the sequence of distracting the guards was much more risque than the show had done before. Overall once again I liked this episode more than alot of the TV series, I liked that we got alittle more Calico and the Chief moments than most episodes. I hope the show continues that trend as I think it adds some extra depth and the show has been crying out for most regular characters. Onto one of the Movies now before jumping into the next OVA series I think. |
