| The director gives me the sense of dread and hope. Prove yourself my dude. tonyfony said: Damn this look like slam dunk. Not no fan service for female. Look more basketball oriented and street looking cultural instead of making it shoenen like where they're giving them ridiculous anime ability using it as plot device. You have a point but I don't rag on females with the sport genre cause they're the ones who fund the shows. They are clearly the ones buying the the blurays and merchandise for series like Kuroko no Basket and Haikyuu. Unless this series ultimately looks badass and the writing is up to par, I doubt it'll get a long run. Seems like a very elaborate advertisement for the manga which I will not be shocked if it ends around the same time the anime is on the air. |

| hopefully there's actually some animation in this series.. kuroko no basket had great animation but the animation did cut corners like skipping from dribbling to a lay up in the next scene like how the PV showed it in the beginning.. I hope we get to see the various great cool street moves that I saw back when I read the manga in full display in the anime.. Hoping the anime would help boost the manga reputation so someone would translate the manga, I heard there's like close to 400 chapters or more current out in raw, but only 138 chapters translated :l It's sad because basketball is like my favorite sports and Ahiru no Sora is like my favorite basketball manga ever. |
