| I've been following this series since it was first started. A good ending I think. The coin bet thing works weird in this season.. The one with more coins will always win because there's no risk to lose the memories like previous season. The one with more LRIGs will have more advantages too, quite unfair rules compared to previous ones. There's also a thing like lv 5 LRIG even the experienced player like Suzuko didn't know. Will there be lv 6 LRIG? I hope if they will use new characters if they decide to make a new WIXOSS anime. |
| I mean its a perfect finale and all in all just a very feelsgood and enjoyable anime where i didnt feel dissatisfied once... And if thats not the perfect ending to a series, i dont know what is... Everything feels concluded, maybe apart from some characters, like what about Yuzuki romance and all that but fine. Also really glad that all Lrigs are now humans <3 The final battle was sweet too. Layla battling Suzuko's Lrigs. Yuzuki battling Carnival and Eternal's familiars. And Kiyoi... damn Kiyoi you are so good, to change Eternal's heart like that? wowww. In the end Eternal did call her, so she was seeking salvation and Kiyoi gave it to her. Also i liked Kiyoi's being FULLY covered in darkness and then as she was about to lose control and succumb to darkness, the small dot of light fell on her head and brought her back to senses. very cooooooool. And rewrting the rules through battle. Also liked Aya and Slowko just standing on the side not wanting to interfere, but once they learned that brother and everyone could be saved Aya was like "Y-yep, change of plan, we are going in" LOL "Oops i betrayed you" (to Carnival) And as for Wixoss standards we got to see everyone after 6 months timeskip, that was very sweet <3 And what i liked the most is how everyone seemed to be in groups or whatnot, but only Kiyoi STAYING TRUE TO HER CHARACTER. Just stood on the side, observing everyone and drawing conclusions, that was very incredible. And ofcourse the best part of the episode is Kiyoi in her fully evolved form with long hair All in all the anime is incredible, nothing else to add... Kiyoi will forever be in my heart <3 |

| pretty solid ending but I'm still kinda confused as how they beat "Eternal". Kiyoi just stated the obvious and then Eternal started crying and disappeared lol. I'm most impressed by the fact that they planned this out from the start, way back in 2014. Everything connected well with S1 and such. |

| It was a great anime. Piruluk is the best.. Everything since the 1st season was so great. I think is the TRUE END.. :( probably it won't be 5th season , but i won't lose my hope.. Kiyoi didn't said goodbye to Piruluk..hmmm Anyway my final score is 8/10 |

| I had to go back and watch the ending a couple of times to process how I felt about it. It's reminiscent to Spread, only with certain closure this time. I'm a bit surprised by how satisfied & teary eyed I am to see this finally over. I watched WIXOSS when it first started airing so coming back to it after all of these years certainly makes me feel nostalgic. Indeed, it's become a memory I don't want to forget. Though with that said, overall I found Conflated to be the weakest entry in the WIXOSS series. It didn't quite have the same impact that came with the Selector prequels. The theme about the feelings Mayu & the LRIGs left behind was a good start, but it just seemed like it only scratched the surface of what could have been done to dive deeper into the WIXOSS world building. I did like the shift towards Kiyoi becoming an unlikely protagonist who wanted to end the cycle she so actively participated in. I also must admit I had a soft spot for this season with the return of the old cast, particularly Tama & Ru (I just adore them). While there could have been more interesting ways to bring them back into the game, overall I'm content with them finally laying the last of Mayu's lingering feelings to rest. Oh, and that tiny glimpse of Kazu x Yuzu was good too. Glad they didn't break off the twincest. 7.5/10 for Conflated and a solid 8/10 overall for Lostorage. Edit: On a final note, I've just found the entire WIXOSS series to be wildly fascinating thematically. Between wishes & memories, it continued to touch on the things that people hold dearest as it explored both the light & dark of what gives us meaning. It shows how, depending on your perspective, those feelings can either chain you to the deepest depravity or let you freely soar to your greatest heights. And that goes to the heart of the biggest theme this series has to offer - that we have to select where our wishes, dreams & memories take us. |

| Oooooh that was a really cool showdown with all the LRIGs fighting at the end! I'm still a bit confused at how Kiyoi defeated the Hajimari no LRIG. Did she use peeping analyze to expose their true wish for salvation or something? And yay, Tama became the key when Ruuko found the keyhole, so all the memories that Kiyoi released could go back to the people they belong to! :D Layla punching Carnival before they both evaporated was pretty funny xD Also Aya attacking Carnival was great xD I'm gonna miss this show, but I'm glad to see the evil battles finally end, and everyone live in a happy ending. I felt like this provided a lot of closure, which I'm happy about. This show felt different from the other seasons, but I liked it a lot! I liked the new mechanics they included, like having multiple LRIGs and putting yourself on the battlefield (although it woulda been cool to see some LRIG versions of Ruuko, Hitoe, Suzuko, Hanna, etc.)! Overall I really enjoyed this season, and I'd give it a 9-10/10! |

| Overall thoughts: Main character got switched to Kiyoi. I feel that Kiyoi makes a much better MC than Ruu and Suzu. Suzu was the worse MC of the 3. It would have been better if we had spent more time focusing on Kiyoi but the writer(s) of this season decided to give some focus to every.single.one of the cast, even the meaningless side characters with the exception of the loli LRIG and the "gomenasai" LRIG (in the end we never really knew why those 2 even chose to listen to Satomi and Carnival in the first place), leading to less focus given to Kiyoi. I feel this season should be roughly on par in terms of scoring with Selector Spread (maybe a little lower than Spread) with even more plot conveniences where "things go this way because i write it to be so" and randomly dropping important knowledge gained out of nowhere just because (e.g. Kiyoi suddenly saying you disappear if all your coins are gone despite this never being revealed since the beginning). Thoughts on this episode: err...what? Well, at least it seems to truly be the end of the series as a whole from Selector Infected to Lostorage Conflated. Y'know, if there are people who wants these battles, then they should just create a system that only people that really wants these battles (pros and cons included) fight and those that don't want these battles don't get Selected... That aside, ALL the LRIGs this time turns out to be actually real humans? What? How? Okay, maybe the new LRIGs are copies of real humans and not the girls that were LRIGs in the first Selector battles... Still, the little girl's mother gets literally brought back to life like wtf? Maybe she got adopted but I doubt so given how everyone else was portrayed in the ending...oh, her mother looks like the Mama LRIG so maybe the human "Mama" gets found by the little girl and they became friends... i can see how it would work thanks to the fact that no concrete explanation is given for the ending other than the fact that the Selector battles are truly over (until the next money-making idea for a new story comes up). I guess hopefully the girl that was taken over by her LRIG gets revived as well (even Aki-bitchy who was supposed to be Thanos-snapped got blinked back into existence so i don't see why not). Still, it seems Yuki just became someone that is inside of Tama rather than bacoming a real human or fusing together to become Mayu (Tama+Yuki). |
