| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Akira is still crazy as ever. She's just looking to get the thrill of the game at this point. The episode's battle imo is pretty intense, might me the most thrilling one yet so far. As much as I dislike Akira, she brings a decent amount of psychology into the fight with her personality. One of the better episodes imo in terms of action. That ending D: |

| So Akira has finally become the first major victim of the new Selector battles. Admittedly, I still had mixed feelings for her towards her demise. I'll miss that twisted and amusing personality of hers, but at the same time, I'm glad that brutal and cowardly scum got what was coming to her. What goes around, comes back around. Seeing Kiyoi feeling helpless in that battle and taking multiple hits from Remember was frustrating, but Amika broke free from the ropes that binded her and gave Kiyoi the vocal support she needed to win the battle, thus defeating both Akira and Remember for good. However, Kiyoi only now finds out about why nothing happens when you get five coins, which shocks her friends. but more worryingly, Carnival helped her way into Tama's card and kidnapped her. The suspense and tension makes me wish next week's episode came out sooner! >_< |

| Akira shrekt for real, for one I am not going to miss her. I wonder if there is win condition at all since Carnival seems to "fuck the rules", like how she was the only one with herself and 2 extra LRIGs present during a battle to fight and her new stunt with just straight up kidnapping Tama... I have to say Kiyoi is the most interesting WIXOSS MC of the bunch yet. |
| Well that was a pretty awesome episode in terms of impact and overall battle dynamics, but with all this buildup and judging by who were actually fighting, I expected a lot more mocking dialogue with references to the manga and hardcore revenge... I'm not sure if I'd like no Aki-Lucky. ;_; I expected a lot more from her character this season, didn't really enjoy seeing her being this batshit insane villain after they made that drama CD which apparently they disregarded from the canon... Still, it was somehow the most enjoyable episode of this season. Now, WTF will happen to Tama.. Conflated has certainly caught my interest now. |

| Rest in Piece to the greatest villain Wixoss ever had. Honestly, though, this ending for Akira was kind of contrived, if you think about how Kiyoi could have just... Uh... Gone to the police, then had the police go to where Akira wanted Kiyoi to go. Akira literally had no defense against that. You do not need to negotiate with kidnappers. There are better ways to handle that situation than running straight to her. Also, how the fuck did Akira managed to kidnap a girl bigger than she is?! Did Akira just walked up to her and go, "Hey, yo, I'm going to kidnap you now!" And the other girl went, "Yeah, sure, ok! I'm down with that!" |

Im sad to see Aki-lucky(lol) go but at the same time, can't say I didnt have a good laugh xD This means the others selectors are still fair game? Who might bite the dust next?! | brain dead episode... what's the point of Kiyoi doing all those shit. If only she go full power from the start then Akira also gonna dissapear and she can search Amika after that.. I also dissapointed with Akira role here. I was expecting her to be the third party that let all hell lose, disrupting both, Karnival and Kiyoi plans, And just here for the sake of that crazy batoru. Even the new Akira, Layla, did a better job than her. How many match did Akira play? two? lol. the only (probably) good thing that happen here is, now that Tama's gone, then this is probably where my Iona gonna make her entrance. I swear tho, if they fail me again on this one.... |

| Kiyoi is the protagonist this series needs AND deserves! I'm a little surprised that the disappearing rule is still in play considering everything else about the game that's changed. But I guess at the end of the day, the Selector Battle's top priority is to make the players suffer. In fact, at this point, it seems like the current string of battles is all just a giant pretense to get Tama the 'Keyhole' back in order to accomplish some other goal. I can only go back to my theory from Incited that the game is trying to get itself back to a position where it has enough LRIGs to restart the old Selector Battles the way they used to function - to 'fix' itself as it is currently 'broken'. |

| i hated her but why.... why did i cry. Why did i cry when she said i dont want to disappear T_T why was it so sad. Why did i feel her pain? after all i thought that she COULD've been saved, if only some circumstances went the other way then Ruuko could've saved her and became her friend and turned her to a good side, telling her that her scar isn't a big deal and she is still loved... Can't help to think that overall her chracter was underused, there is so much more they could've done. She didnt even meet Ru this season, comeon... And she didnt even win a single time. And i honestly thought that after she learned she'd disappear she'd try to reconcile a little bit, at least ask that Kiyoi loses to her :( Oh also Amiko is the real truth, what a friendship the two share!! great stuff... that moved me a bit, i like me some good friendship <3 |

| If you see that my post is exactly 1 month old (or more) from when it was posted... Don't waste your time, especially when you want to reply with something petty & insignificant. Assume that I've moved on (because I have). |
| The writing just keeps getting worse. And to think that I was momentarily hopeful that this season would be an improvement over Lost my Oranges Incited WIXOSS due to the inclusion of the original cast. lol, nope, all of the contrivances/lazy plot devices (specifically coins and key cards) have become more and more blatant with each and every battle. Just about every 'despairing moment' has had very little emotional weight, due to how they're so incredibly arbitrarily manufactured. The lack of explanation of the rules of the game WIXOSS is working against the show this time around, whereas in Selector, I felt like it was actually a strength, as it allowed for more focus on the psychological aspect of things. Coins and key cards make me roll my eyes just about every time they're used as they essentially function as super convenient ass pulls, which can easily move the plot in just about any direction that the writers so please. They take advantage of the fact that in order to be consistent with WIXOSS's presentation, they don't have to explain shit about the rules... or this time, the obvious lack thereof, and so coins can become overpowered for no logical reason and end a battle almost immediately. Selector WIXOSS was great (albeit a bit rough around the edges). In no way did it warrant such shitty follow ups. Lostorage adds absolutely nothing of value to WIXOSS as a series. Not only are most of the ideas simply recycled, but they're also poorly executed. |

| Yay Kiyoi was able to win! That was really satisfying to see, after all the shit Akira had done to other people, and after Remember bullying Kiyoi so much. But yikes! Akira completely disappeared O.o I guess since there was no LRIG to take her place since Kiyoi must've stolen Remember. Cilantro on a prefectly good chocolate banana crepe EW Yo FUCK Carnival, why does she get special treatment??? Now Tama is gone wtfffff >:(((( |
