Mm, this was a fitting finale.

After everything that came up to this point, I did expect the series' finale to hit this way with the climatic battle. Cardia is involved of course because of her special traits. In fact, I think her courage impressed me the most from this show/episode.

As I expected, Cardia and Lupin makes up the core character chemistry. Even when all hell was breaking loose, the two still stay together to make things right. The kiss too and wedding dress :o

That creepy London Bridge song again from KajiKaji's character again. No OP.

It started.

Memory time. I'm glad that KajiKaji's character when he was little is still voiced by KajiKaji. The girl is loved by the parents (a bit) more, no wonder KajiKaji's character is jealous.

The father does experiences to improve the life, but the villagers are impatient and not appreciating him at all. Then they blamed him for not doing anything and says scientists are evil. Then the fire. Despair of humanity...

Thief guy to the rescue. Others also are prepare for bombs.

Father (screen) appears. The girl doesn't have much poison anymore because of the process. Father (he became evil because of the despair in the memory, though) threw them away since their uses are done.

lol @ goggle guy part.

The girl tried to save her brother, but he rejected.

Thief guy's injury gets worse again and cannot walk again. Somehow poison is damaging his hand, but that heart thing gone, and kiss.

Soldier guy cooks and repair guy is surprised. lol @ the fight nuance as always. That lady from the association blaming why she's still alive, and told the noble guy to keep an eye on her. It's their wedding. Soldier guy's honest smile!

Finis really is desperate for his father's love huh. The insight into the past was interesting though. Its nice to see Lupin managed to survive though. So their plan was to allow them to take all but the most minimal of poison from Cardia before rescuing her then. Truly the father is more monstrous than the dolls were. Using the most simple of plans and bombs to fool Issac though really was appropriate. Cardia deciding to save Finis even after everything was a good indication of how human she has become. Its nice that the two managed to confess their feelings though. The Idea knights true identity though was a surprise. Its nice that the series ended with Cardia as a normal girl though. Its nice that the series ended with a marriage though. Cardia looks beautiful in that dress. A fitting ending indeed.

Pretty good finale. Got to see some backstory for Cardia and Finis. Finis desperately wanted Issac to love him, but he never got it. Cardia tried to save him, but couldn't. Everyone did a good job to defeat Issac. The show ending with a wedding was nice. Cardia looks beautiful in her dress. This was a decent show overall.

What a fitting finale to a fairly enjoyable show this was!
Personally, I loved how the show ended with the marriage of Lupin and Cardia despite many of the things unresolved in this episode. Initially, I thought the ending was going to be a typical kind of an inconclusive anime ending, but I’m glad I was proven wrong and that too quite convincingly. It was nice to see Cardia and Finis’s little backstory, and I can kind of understand why Isaac became the demon ultimately but then again not entirely. I feel sad for Finis though who just wanted some love and appreciation from his dear father and lived on for the sole purpose of attaining it, only to not. Last but not least, about the poison, I wonder what really was the reason behind it but I’m gessing it has something do with Finis or Isaac giving her a chance, or maybe her love for Lupin xD. Who knows. I just loved the Character of Cardia though, and how her character in general developed throughout the course of the show. Overall, this was a great watch which I wasn’t certainly expecting to be this good.

As for the whole series in general, the Plot Developments of the show felt a little underwhelming, and personally mediocre, and the Storyline a bit haphazard and all over the place especially the middle few episodes. To make matters worse, the last few episodes were fairly rushed too so this was a little disheartening as a viewer. In short, it had a strong premise but wasn’t exploited to its full capabilities sadly. Sound Department, Personal Enjoyment and the Cast of Characters, on the other hand, were some of the strong aspects of the show or at least to me. As for the Art/Animation, it was relatively poor but it had its moments so it was still fine all in all. First few episodes of the show caught my attention right away, but then it slowly wavered, only to catch its momentum in this episode.

- Storyline/Plot Developments: 7/10
- Cast of Characters/Character Developments: 8.5/10
- Sound Department: 8/10
- Art/Animation: 6/10
- Personal Enjoyment: 8/10

-> Overall: 7.25/10.

For me, the finale would have been much better if they both had died.

Overall, the show started out interesting, but slipped into generic non-descriptive forgettable mess. 5.5/10 rounded to 6/10.

The last 10 minutes bumped the score up 2 points for me. Haha im such a suckrr for romance, but nobody can agree that this episode wasnt cute af.
Owerall this show is perhaps one of the better reverse harem animes i have ever seen. Although most of my praise for this anime stems from the romance between Cardia and Lupin, i must say, the other chracters were all enjoyable and fun (underdeveloped they may be)
Have a special place in my heart for Impey.

I love the game very much but I feel the anime was a huge let down :( I was so happy about the announcement and so excited but everything just felt so "empty" after episode 1. I don't think it's bad but to be honest: If I would not know the characters I might have dropped it after episode 3. Everyone seems to just be so bland and Cardia unfortunately was very passive (of course not always, but never as badass as in the original) I was waiting for her to open up more but it never really happend.

Also: the story is just a mess and all over the place, with aspects of other routes just randomly popping in and loosing the original goal. That's also why I felt the romance didn't work and was out of place. Either you need to focus on ONE guy, or you just have to deal that the romance feels forced when you insert to many characters having something to say.

I'm so sad about this because Arsene is also my absolute favorite out of the guys and Cardia is my favorite girl out of all Otome games I've played and yet...I'm just glad it's over :(
Disappointed, but I'm generous and leave a 5/10 - but I can only say this because I could follow the story on basis of background knowledge.

I'm curious what viewers think who didn't play the game and stayed until the last episode? What do you say for the story? (Maybe I am only so harsh BECAUSE I know the original game ;) )

Well while the ending might be cliche, I think it was a decent way to end the show, especially with the entire Cardia x Lupin part. I believe that was the highlight of the series itself, which I'm not complaining.

Overall: I don't think this series was that good, or something I can give it a 7 honestly, the characters are decent but Cardia is extremely weak as a main female lead, as well as some of the mystery parts felt kinda meh to me, as someone who isn't fan of it too much. But I can digest it at least due to the chemistry and the entire story was okay, thrilling but alright.

Overall score: 6/10.

I was expecting a little more, but the ending itself was decent :) It was the first time I saw an anime inspired by otome games that ended with marriage.

Idk why, but I really liked the VN much, much more, even though this was a pretty decent adaptation. I guess this content just worked better as a VN. It was pretty okay, but a bit cliche. The VN's also pretty cliche, but the characters felt more interesting in the VN. Since this adaptation mainly focuses on Lupin, the other guys weren't that particularly interesting in this adaptation.

Omedeto for the nice ending <3
The show was quite good for otome adaptation even thought if compared to a regular show it is quite unsatisfactory.
The things it got right were the visuals and the scenes between Cardia and Lupin.
The things that were so-so, I am sorry to say is the voice actors. Hayami does not suit Cardia and made her character too average. Aside from that, the rest of the cast was mostly spot on with small exceptions.
And the bad ones...
so many...
- Pace was all over the place.
- the story was not properly constructed and many of the characters were not properly introduced. For example Herlock, Aleister, lady in armour (Guinivier), leader of Idea(Eve), etc. Even the characters that were introduced were not given the necessary attention - Dracula, Nemo...
You know Lupin route is actually a culmination of the four other guys routes - Van, Saint, Impey and Fran. There is too much information especially from Saint’s and Van’s routes that was essential to be included.
- another thing that sort of bugged me is the affection of every male in the show toward Cardia. In the game it is not a focus point and aside from a single scene with Lupin I don’t remember anyone implying deeper feeling for Cardia.
- why the heck her hair did not change colour? I was waiting for this moment and was so disapointed! Damn the production team. Damn them with the whole Lupin is injured shit actually. That was also original for the anime and did not make any sense.

In conclusion - I am happy with the anime but if anyone is even slightly interested go for the game. Anime is just an eye candy and good promo for the game. May have been different if it was given 24 episodes instead...
Cheers :)

Actually love this anime, so sad that it was only 12 episodes long and that we never really got a chance to dive deeper in the story--especially with the backstories of the other characters.

Would play the game but, I don't have the money and the console for it...T-T
Anyways, loving the Lupin x Cardia ending...SO CUTE! (>^<) I really want more and play the game--If only it was free and it's available for PC users...

Loved that ending! I figured they would choose the Arsene Lupin route over the others when the anime adaptation was announced.

I feel they did a good job with everything. A few of the parts from the other routes showed up, but unless you played the VN you wouldn't have noticed them.

Overall I enjoyed this almost as much as I enjoyed the game, so I give it an 8/10!
So glad that I'm not a huge manga reader, because the manga readers WHINE WAY TOO MUCH and have to RUIN every adapted anime for the ANIME ONLY WATCHERS!

Overall I really enjoyed the anime. Of course there were some flaws, not everything was explained or adapted perfectly and I wish certail things went differently, but it's a very good anime adaptation. What's bothering me about most VN turned into anime is that the lack substance. Mostly they focus on too much because they try too hard and fail.

But with Code: Realize I think it is pretty good. They decided to focus on one route. instead of dwelling on all of them. (And it helps that it's Lupin :D).

I'm glad they did not miss out on anything in this finale regarding his storyline. They are a cute couple <3

Who's that lady knight? That Idea dude looks like that knight? We're supposed to think this hard for such side characters wtf and the poison was gone at some point then it's back again then it's gone again and back again wth they're falling from the sky and then wedding lol I hate plot armor above all else so, and I know it's notorious in plot armor since the beginning but that last one was really really bad

Jesus fucking Christ

This was the same level as Ousama Game ( withouth the comedy )

Every single male character in this show is effeminate, like they were all written by a 15yr old girl and somehow managed to get an anime. Cardia is one hell of a boring character, that has zero development and not ONE SINGLE strong moment in twelve episodes

In this particular episode the bullshit hit the fucking roof: Lupin survived the fall without any explanation ( they did try to explain, but basically told us nothing ). There were bad jojo moments, and Cardia's not-father was totally useless ( and guess what, EFFEMINATE DESIGN UHU )

Van and Dracule ( i will not call this faggot Dracula for obvious reasons ) relationship was dipshit and served no purpose

The rest of the band deserve no mentions, only useless and bland characters. Also effeminate

The conclusion was boring and cliche, as was the forced romance during these twelve weeks. I still regret skipping shows like Houseki no Kuni and Kino no Tabi to watch this atrocity

They fucked Nemo. They fucked Sherlock. They fucked Dracula. They fucked Van Helsing. They fucked Frankenstein. They even fucked Steampunk. THIS SHOW, IS AN AMAZING PILE OF FUCKED SHIT. I'M SORRY, BUT I DON'T LIKE FUCKED SHIT

Very nice end. So that's their plan to remove her poison.
Some episodes were rather dragged, but overall fancy designs & art. Tho often a damsel in distress like other otomes Cardia is a brave mc who can fight a bit. The theme of Isaac becoming monstrous while Cardia more human thru the episodes is a good char dev, even shitty Finis helped her at the end. The Idea agents didn't really do much.
Romance that ends not in harem, but a properly developed couple at a wedding, quite a surprise as don't think I've seen that in 1-cour ever.

This was one typical action anime, save the world and marry the heroine. Isaac as a bad guy in the end was so lame I could die, and as for Lupin I think he did good in the end even though I saw him as a useless protagonist in some instances. It was kinda predictable that Finis will perish she Cardiac tried to save him and besides they would've had a fallout between him and Van. But I still don't understand how was the poison drained out of her and how did they survive that blast and that fall?

Oh well, the only character I liked was Van and its a pity he didn't kill Finis ( also it seems like Drac won't kill him any more). Overall it was cliche stuff I've seen before but did enjoy a bit. I still think the wedding was an overdo, to excite a happy ending.

6/10.

Awuh, they got married...
(And kissed and said I love you like three times to boot!)

A very nice little ending. A bit generic for those last few episodes though, and I hated the little dog and vampire kid... but I genuinely liked Cardia, Lupin, Van, and Impy... (all of the other characters are so forgettable. Sheesh.)

Hmm... 7/10 for enjoyment, but all around a 6/10 because of those negatives.

I loved this anime! I wasn't expecting much cause most Otome adaptations aren't very good but this was one was awesome, mainly because of the choice to have an actual love story, whereas most reverse harem anime tries to include all character routes. All the characters are so lovable and the plot was very intriguing (though slightly cringe in some places!).

Alright, the wedding had me weepy eyed. Cardia is a lovely bride and Lupin is a top class gent. Initially the resolution felt a bit iffy, but the romance towards the end made it up to me. I've always found the aesthetic of reverse harem romance to be more up my alley. Code:Realize in particular was refreshing because of its emphasis on adventure & its historical setting.

My journey with this series began when I first saw the game at the store years ago. I didn't have a PS Vita or PS4 at the time, so I only admired the artwork from afar. Once I got a PS4, I went back & forth between whether it was worth adding an otome game to my collection. Once I found out the anime existed & gave it a shot, I knew it was now or never. I picked up the entire set there (Bouquet of Rainbows + Wintertide Miracles) and I'm all set to embark on this adventure to awaken my inner maiden.

Well, a little more boredom and there is revealing the goals of Cardia's father. I agree that this world is full of bad things and it would be better to destroy it, but the way way that thought presented in this anime is an complete idiocy. The villains in this anime are garbage.
And then the typical boring victory of good over evil and in the end - because this is shoujo - a wedding and eternal happiness.

So, if talk about the anime itself, it turns out that what i liked the most was:
- Cardia in first episodes
- backgrounds (real London with a little gearpunk)
- good OP and ED themes

At first i was interested in this anime, but with each episode it got worse.
I have always considered the shoujo genre to be a little “cursed” because all anime in this genre are very boring. This is what happened this time too. Even the romance here is insincere and weak - Lupin just appears at the right moment and behaves like a typical superhero.

So my verdict - disappointment.
