On the previous chapter Nobita is so lazy he can't even get up and walk the door. In here he's all fired up about becoming a modern Robson Crusoe, finding an island and living on his own. What actually happens though is Doraemon has to help him in every step of the way, from sending him to an island to sending him back when Nobi is crying and regretting ever getting out of his room. We also get to see the first time the well known Anywhere Door is used. Doraemon uses it to bring Nobita back home.
