Welp, the aftermath of the Stain's arc. Glad to see everyone recovering and Tsuragamae showing up. At least we know a bit more about what the police force thinks of Quirk users. Tsuragamae's character design is peculiar with his dogface but I think it's easy to get used to him XD

Out of all the injuried, I think Iida took the hardest. Gotta love how he is keeping up with a high spirit though. Good thing they arrested Stain after all the shit that went down.

Stain has been captured, with Endeavor getting the credit. And the very...interesting...looking Hosu Chief of Police explains why to Young Midoriya, Todoroki and Iida in the hospital. Talk about a crazy design...he's a dog. That's it, just a dog. :D I liked the bit of world building going on in this scene, and throughout the episode really. Plus his personal little showing of appreciation towards the boys was genuinely touching. Back to that world building though, Stain may be apprehended, but the world has taken notice of his ideology. And several new characters with interesting designs of their own have sprung up to potentially take up his cause...or just inflict mayhem and destruction. Really it's all laid out rather nicely, and ominously with Gran Torino's phone call with All Might. And speaking of ominous....All For One eh? Deeply connected with All Might and his master? Ooh I can't wait to see where we go from here! :D

Nice episode after all that fighting.
Lucky Deku, Iida & Todoroki didn't get into too much trouble.

Stains influence is strong. The beginning of more villains to come.
DAMN hearing about All for One is scary.

Cool to see the other student's internships next week.

Pretty Unexpected to see the cameo of all The League of Villain here.. Especially Dabi and Toga-chi.. :))

--State the fact-- that Endeavor steal their daily spotlight by capturing the "Hero Killer" on his own tsk tsk tsk what a pack of wieners...

A bit unsatisfied that there was no meeting of All Might and Stain, but well, maybe some day.
Also, a bit, that the next episode is going to focus on the secondary (forgive me) heroes, but well, it is fine.
And like it sounds, All for One is a worthy adversary/villain for One for All, as in opposite of being a selfless hero. Musketeers sure did have their meaning just for this masterpiece series.

Thankfully the police chief was flexible enough to let Iida, Todoroki, and Deku off the hook despite them breaking the rules. That phone call between Gran Torino and All Might hinted at some great things to come, so I can't wait to get to that eventually. It was also cool to see some cameos of the other eventual members of the League of Villains.

Anime-original episode next week, not a fan of filler but it should be fun to see what everyone else was up to at their internships.

Everyone manged to get out with to get out with light injuries apart of Iida. Since he already accepted it, it shouldn't be a problem. He did learn a big lesson.

After Stain capture, seems shit is about to go down. Gran Torino's talk about 'All for one', All Might's master and his injuries. I'm curious to learn all that. It's a shame that Endeavor is getting all the credit. That police chief though... *woof*

Next's weeks about internships about the others would be interesting. A good breather I guess.

Chief of police: "blep."

Stain has a lot of potential for character development, he could really go either way with his anti-hero ideals. The new villains also look quite interesting.

Still haven't gotten over the new OP, it's fricking amazing...

Wow Great episode!

BIG the finally tell us about All for One the villain that killed All Might's former master and put the scar on All Might's stomach!!! Also it seems All Might is still holding back some info from Midoriya regarding the All for One quirk!

This was a good episode overall from beginning to end! I'm glad things didn't lose steam after such a high paced episode last week! I can't wait to see what happens next!

Actually, I think the script of the filler episode was written by Horikoshi himself. At least I remember having seen a picture of Tsuyu's workplace experience that was drawn by Horikoshi somewhere before and one of the characters that was in the PV was the same.

I mean, Horikoshi also made the script and character design for the OVA's and the character design for the characters in the OVA's, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did the same for the anime original episode.

Aftermath of the The Killer: Stain...
It was a pretty good episode, Stain's ideologies is brewing slowly and taking its toll on some of the hidden figures who are about to burst into the scene. Curious as to how the League of Villains will act on this... The guy behind all of this, the main antagonist of the series, All Might's worst fear realized, I'm so hyped!
A anime-original episode next week? Gotta tune in for that!

Nah, Bones wrote it, not Horikoshi. During an interview with the producer at Toho, it was said that they really like the characters and want to expand on their side stories. Apparently, Horikoshi was proposed some side stories and he thought they were interesting so he agreed to them. It's safe to assume that the stories in question are related to next week's episode.

I think it was explained in first or second episode that the power-draining scar was received by All Might during a fight with some-chainsaw villain, and is not connected to All for One. I believe they are talking about metaphorical emptiness, not physical one.

No, it was All for One. In the second episode, All Might said this when Midoriya talked about Toxic Chainsaw : "... but a punk like that couldn't defeat me."

I already really liked the hospital scene with the police chief, Midoriya, Iida and Todoroki in the manga and Bones did an awesome job at this part again, my highlight of the episode.

Overall it was a pretty exiting build up episode, Stain truly brought up a new wave of motivated villians there.

The thing with Toxic Chainsaw was probably just used as a cover up. Do remember that the seriousness of Allmight's injuries are kept secret from the general public in order to preserve his image as "The Symbol of Peace". They did it with Endeavor taking credit for the kids this episode. The authorities are no strangers to cover ups.

The whole hospital scene was tense, but also really good. The police chief, being a dog, felt a bit intimidating, but it looks like Midoriya, Todoroki and Iida won't be punished. Although the cover-up story of Endeavour being the one who took down Stain does gloss over the three's incredible performance during this arc.

Speaking of Stain, thanks to his ideologies and also to whoever recorded his standoff as well, it looks like its sparked a strong wave of villains who're lurking in the shadows to join the League of Villains. The school girl villain looked pretty insane though. =P

Gran Torino's phone conversation with All Might was very interesting too. All for One, probably the shows main antagonist, sounds like he's operating behind the scenes and All Might is certainly not pleased about it. I hope we get to see what All for One looks like soon. =)

Overall, this was a really solid episode. Next week's episode will be an anime-original, but I'm looking forward to it regardless. =)

I feel it's unfair for Stain to have been apprehended after the ending of the last episode!
It's ok I guess, but it only adds to the one dimensional nature of the series. I don't know what happens in the manga, but the lame league of villains (accidentally) taking advantage of his portrayal of sheer willpower and conviction is truly a letdown.
If stain doesn't somehow get out, the story goes from 10 to 8 for me. His character felt more real without any development than the kids. His agony with society is real, his conviction and motivation are real. He doesn't want to be the best hero/villain ever (like did it ever motivate you to want to be the richest/strongest in the world? Exactly), he focuses on the things immediately infront of him. What made him even more real, was how his quirk was handled which is friggin brilliant!
1v1 he can kill any hero because of his extremely amazing skill with blades and a quirk which he specialised for this. But even kids were able to beat him because of his quirks weakness, which becomes apparent in the alleyway fight.
Moreover I don't really like the way All for One and League of Villains are being handled.
Like... They portray that it was part of their plan somehow to have Stain beaten by kids who impulsively showed up at his scene even when the League leader tried his best distraction tactic by launching an unplanned attack on a whole city? Wow.
A brilliant plan I must say. Also I hate that palm guy. He's a waste of such a great character design. Even Bakugo was shown to be deeper than his angry mode in the sports festival (making him one of the less 1 dimensional character)! Shigaraki is impulsive. Wastes precious resources (Nomus) and time. Has no real plan of action. Has little to no skill. Then the show goes ahead and zooms in on his face in the end for an epic climax and calls it a day? Wtf! That dude literally did nothing but waste time! Everyone's time!

Now I sound like I hate the show, but I actually absolutely love it and this episode annoyed me, because it took out a real villain and replaced a fake show off into the spotlight. Like, how are all the awesome villains who we saw glimpses of going to follow the league of villains based on Stain's actions?? When they show up and knock on the door of his bar, they are going to see a brat with anger management issues who really is 180 degrees opposite of what Stain was and claims to be responsible for Stain's actions. If I was a powerful villain in that situation, I would head back and bury myself into the "deep, dark" hole I climbed out of! Kickback and watch Breaking Bad for the 7th time, instead of wasting my time on phonies. What a joke.
If they do end up following him, they may as well click on the "Hot Girl waiting 7 miles away" ads over and over wondering what went wrong with their lives.

The rest of the episode was good, nothing else to add really. Damn. Sorry for the rant though.

I think the whole "punishment" scene made no sense. I guess if they want to cover up who captured stain because they are minors that would be fine, but to say their quirks were misused because the villain had injuries, that's just dumb. He was in the middle of killing someone, obviously he wasn't going to stop killing that person by someone using harsh language. Does that mean that no villain is allowed to be injured even if they are in the process of killing and refuse to stop? Stain was arrested but he was walking with the police, while some of the heroes left on stretchers, seems like his injuries weren't as bad.

Who would be willing to become a hero if the villain is able to kill or severely injure you, but if while you defend yourself or others you happen to injure the villain you get punished. Holding heroes to a higher standard is just a matter of investigating, was the amount of force used justifiable? If yes then no punishment. Clearly in this scenario where someone is being killed the amount of force used was justifiable.

Damn, this was a firm and compact conclusion to one of the finest arcs of Boku no Hero Academia(My Hero Academia).
Stain's arrest aftermath consequences were unexpected but understandable. Looks like we will be introduced to plenty more villians as the show progresses. Didn't expect the League of Villians, though, devised such a devious plan beforehand and to see it succeed in bright colours(or so it is implied thus far). I don't fathom the words of the Chief, however since Midoriya and company were merely using their deadly powers for self-defense and at times offensive tactics do the trick even in the most desperate of times. Nonetheless, just the sight of the two phone calls in the episode makes up greatly for it. Seems like Midoriya has broken yet another feat and seeing his victory celebration was simply hilarious. Gran Toriino and All Might's call was much more to the serious aspect, on the other hand. The last couple of episodes have also been hinting All Might's fear to this mysterious character and thus I can't wait to see who this person really is and what he/she is really capacble of. Something tells me this person is related to All Might's master in some peculiar ways but I'll just have to wait and see in order to confirm that little piece of groundless prediction. Lmao, the Hand Crusher though!
Overall, 5/5 to this episode!

Right, thanks a lot for this information!
I was seriously under the impression that the rest of the season will end with flimsy fillers for a moment there. Can't wait to see how the next arc is going to be like as I have hopes for it. After all, this show is just getting better with every single arc.

Endeavor got all the credit for capturing Stain. Hosu Chief of Police is a huge dog. He appreciated what Deku, Iida & Todoroki did. Luckily for them, they didn't get into too much trouble. They just won't get the credit for capturing Stain. Since his capture, we got to see his backstory and that his ideologies are spreading everywhere. They are willing the join the League of Villains. Gran Torino's phone conversation with All Might was very interesting. Iida and Deku are going to get strong together. Todoroki cracking a "joke" was funny.

Great epilogue episode to this arc. Lol at Todoroki's Hand Crusher. Man, it's cool to see that Stain is able to make some sort of impact, even after he's defeated. Also, All Might's ringtone is glorious.

One and a half chapters adapted this time. Next episode will be an anime-original focusing on the rest of the U.A students internship. I'm kinda excited to see that, since the manga basically skipped over all of that. Hopefully the next episode shows Bakugou being tormented by Best Jeanist. The episode after that probably adapt two chapters, finishing the Stain arc. And Episode 21-25 is the next arc.
