Some of us wonder if lolicon should be viewed as another form of art or a series of illeagal child pornography video. This is a very interesting topic because most lolicon anime tend to draw their character based on pure fantasy but then this gets in to some question as what is child pornography? What are the required elements in an art work that would consider the art piece illegal? Is child pornography illegal because it has real children in inappropriate setting or just children in any form (Painting, CGI, Animation) in inappropriate setting? We like to here you opinion on this topic
