People aren´t redeemed like that, and being good looking isn´t any excuse for malfunctioning brain. It´s too rushed and too lazy for a long running manga.

She wasn't redeemed. Yet. Shortly after dropping some tears she still showed kill intentions. She didn't suddenly change.

4. What did the Big Mom flashback change on your view towards her?
Big Mom is a character that was awful since introduction, whose flashback revealed that she was awful from her childhood onwards and probably has giant ancestry because giants and humans can procreate in One Piece e.G Shirahoshi.
Cut it out and barely anything is lost .

I simply like to get some light shed on what character somebody is. Oda also used the short flashback to give some additional background of other characters, doing some world building as always. This is an aspect that is a strength in One Piece. Maybe not everything was unimportant in the flashback.

Isterio said:

He´ll also find a way to somehow retcon all the darkness of the flashback because we can´t have that happen in a Shounen Manga. This is the man who had Bon Clay have his final farewell speech in the face of a death just too revive him off screen for no reason. Same thing with the canonically toughest guy in One Piece & Conis Dad during Skypea and Sabo and the list goes on.

While it was disappointing to see Bon Clay returning, Sabo is a case where it was simply not sure. If somebody hasn't been killed on-screen like Ace and Whitebeard, you should simply expect that this person survives. Also who is the canonically toughest guy in One Piece? I don't know who you mean right now.

5. Please, tell me one good thing about the Vinsmokes outside of Reiju?
Yes the Sanji backstory was interesting and some of his interactions with them were good, but that´s what I gotta give to Sanji else the poor guy has nothing during his own "year of Hype". The Vinsmokes are garbage and I dare you to find one thing about them that´s awesome which isn´t superficial, like they have an army or their designs look kinda cool.

They are all terribly written and Reiju´s best attribute is her personality and I mean that literally.

We might have yet to see what they really offer. It's quite disappointing for what they offered so far, I agree, but Oda never forgets his characters and he might find a really good use. So far, I'd say that their gadgets are kinda cool but we haven't seen that many so there is still potential. The arc isn't over yet, and maybe they'll be used in a future arc as well.

7. The dumb Vinsmoke massacre plan.

Why was this dumb? She was never after the Vinsmokes, only their clone technology. It was an alright idea within the arc.

No, it was an enormously dumb. Why the hell would she plot to assassinate such useful collaborators? She wants their technology and their army to become Pirate King and they want to be under her wing to overthrow the powers in North Blue. Their objectives are mutually supportive. There's a mutual benefit from the political marriage of their children so why plot to assissinate them? We've already been shown she's conducted political marriages before with partners with far less to offer her than the Vinsmokes (Aladdin of the Sun Pirates) so why is she planning to screw over the opposite party this time? She believes killing the Vinsmokes will give her access to both their technology and their soldiers but where is the logic in killing off the Vinsmoke to obtain technology you have no idea of how to utilize? Furthermore, technology is not stagnant so why would you kill off the Vinsmokes and erase their scientific genius alongside them? Intelligence she could very well put to good use further developing her technological prowess to cement her standing as the Pirate King. The Vinsmoke children are also stronger than their Germa army so why would you kill them off to obtain lesser soldiers? Would it not make sense to study the Vinsmokes as well to bioengineer her own future children and grandchildren to become super weapons? The Germa soldiers are also bioenginered to be subservient to the Vinsmokes to the point of being selflessly being meat shields so how does she propose to gain their loyalty? It's not like Sanji has a say in the marriage either so even if Pudding was too valuable to give over to the Vinsmokes she could have simply offered another daughter and the wedding would have still taken place. She as a Yonko should know its better to use people than to simply kill them off, that's exactly what she has been doing with her political marriages so it comes as quite a break in her character to want to kill the Vinsmokes. This is the reason she kept Caesar alive, no? No matter how you look at it her plan is dumb.

8. Big Mom not caring about her own children and husbands... despite sitting around a table with her foster family eating croquembouche being her most precious memory which she wants to recapture with her children.
9. Drafting Capone, the man known to target family Heads, into her family.

Actually, anything Big Mom has ever done or said. She's dumbest character in this entire manga.

I wouldn't say that. She is a yonko after all, pretty sure that she is doing all of this knowing that she would make it out alive anyway in the end. We haven't seen anything of her power yet, just some normal attacks.

Sweet Commander Snack was taken out by Urouge which of course weakened her army, which subsequently weakens her powers to become Pirate King. Why would she not consider Capone another Supernova, as an equal threat to that? Not only did Luffy disrupt her trade with Fishman Island and outright challenged her, Kidd also raided and sank several of her ships. If she had any brain cells she's be extremely wary of any Supernova.

And even if she expects not to be killed by him that doesn't mean the damage he could cause to her crew isn't just as fatal. He could have even gotten the Poneglyph and been on his merry way. Boom, Pirate King dream over!

The contents of the box being explosives was literally explained to readers back at the end of FI arc, did you forget and thought it was gonna be something else?

If this is supposed to be the end of the Totland arc I find it good. Zou and Totland were nice, 20 chapters for the first one, 50 for the second. Way better than Dressrosa's 100 chapters of running around !

9. Drafting Capone, the man known to target family Heads, into her family.

I remember my first conversation with you about this and I wanted to follow up on that. Have you ever considered that maybe Capone offered her something to persuade her to let him join her crew? Like how Law persuaded the WG to let him join the Warlords by offering them a hundred pirate hearts, maybe Capone did something similar. Capone gave Big Hoe something she couldn't possibly refuse, and made him join her crew like how Kaido possibly made Apoo do. Over the course of two years, he slowly gained the trust of Big Mom. Have you ever considered that?

I remember that you said that Big Hoe wasn't negotiable. How could that be when she clearly negotiated with Pedro? And the only reason she didn't negotiate with the Vinsmokes and the Straw Hats was only because, obviously, the Vinsmokes were a part of the plan and the SHs were interfering with that plan. That's why she didn't want to let them go.

Also, as of right now, she's incapable of negotiating with anybody because she's too pissed off at the events that transpired.

Wil they manage to run away now? I hope so but at the same time, I'm also expecting her to march into Wano with her army.
