| I have lost patience with these characters putting up with Serizawa's bullshit. I didn't believe that he really had any hold on them (either financial or otherwise) but I'm on episode 10 and can't believe the hesitation Kondou and Hijikata have to just kill him already! I guess ever story needs an antagonist but the Shinsengumi have thrown away all their ideals for the sake of this asshole and it makes it really hard to watch now. |

| I know it's annoying as a viewer, but this show is loosely following actual historical events and so this is more or less acurate of how things were for the real Roshigumi/Shinsengumi |
