So as I have watched both sub and dub I noticed some differences but I liked both[liked the dub a little more if it were not for the voices]

I liked the sub for the voice acting of course as the voices were perfect for each character though dialogue is not as good as the dub

I did also like the dub as the dialogue is GODLY HILARIOUS though here the the things I didnt like about the DUB
1.Rias sounded like a pornstar, and her voice actress has the voice of a cougar and well she just lacked energy and that voice is not fit for an 18 year old.
2.Akeno sounded like a woo girl. Her voice reminded me of drunk high school girls after a long party.Too high and too energetic.Major difference from the sub where she is more sensual
3.Koneko's voice and dialogue was the worst as her personality was totally ruined.Just watch the dub and compare it to the dub,you will see.

Positives
Did not make me cringe like I usually do whenever I hear dubs

So I think the sub is better as the voice actors are perfect though if you prefer funny dialogue then dub is the way to go.
But watch both

SUB-9/10
DUB-8/10

Well I'll admit the dialogue in the dub is kinda funny, but for me it ruins the DxD dubs just as much as the voice actors do. DxD has a lot of comedic moments, but that dialogue really ruins it for me because all I can do is facepalm.

I've also seen a lot of people complain about the voice actors, and I have to agree, I really hate the dubs choice for voice actors. Rias, Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko were absolutely ruined IMO thanks to the voice actors and dialogue (mostly for Koneko and somewhat for Kiba).

In subs, the dialogue and the voice actors are both perfect, 10/10 for subs and 6/10 for dubs.

I prefer sub in most cases, unless they are shows like Dragon Ball or Pokemon. Dubs are just too fake sounding.

^This. Pokemon, DBZ and Naruto are the only dubs I've ever watched that I didn't dislike at all.

Though I generally agree that Sub is the way to go 90% of the time, there are a good hand full of shows that I would say the Dub is equal to or greater than the Sub. Anime like Steins Gate and even more so Baccanno.

I watched the first 2 seasons in dub and then in sub so I could be ready for BorN and the sub was better with its script, making me laugh more than the dub (especially in New). Also, Koneko is much better in sub and I prefer Issei in sub as well.

The dub for Steins;Gate would miss out on the great Engrish in the sub though ;_;

Sub. Because I think dub sounds childish and sometimes doesn't have good voice actresses. No offense dub supporters, I'm really sorry for my opinion, don't hate me for it.

I really have to say dub because the fight against Voli was a lot funnier, the first season dub was...trash to say the least but it was bareable. I overall prefer Dub for this anime, its overall more funny. Plus I don't see the complaints about Rias's voice that noticeable, this show is borderline hentai so I don't mind the voice actor for Rias.

Subs- because in my country we have different languages in different states. So, when somethings gets dubbed in my language it is ....how do i put it...Lets say it is not that good. I feel like emotions doesn't carry. So, i prefer seeing in original language. I feel the same with anime(Plus i can literally understand anime without subs). It is just my opinion. Don't hate me that, it is just an opinion.

My only problem with the dub is that issei refers to himself as white in episode 7.
