question about uncensored version

all i know is censored anime will take a few months before uncensored version
that is BD (Blue ray) with edited or fix animation or extra scene
(that's all i know)

but i kinda confused that this anime have censored and uncensored version really fast...
i dont know much about this kind of things so can you give me some info

the uncensored version is the BD version? or
there's gonna be a BD version with edited or fix animation or extra scene coming out?

Not all TV anime is censored. Censoring the TV broadcast to force fans to buy the BD to see the show uncensored does happen quite a lot, but some shows are aired uncensored.

Masou Gakuen HxH is airing on multiple TV channels in Japan and on the first channel it is aired on it is censored, because of that particular channel's regulations. The shows broadcast on the premium channel ATX, which is a few days later, is totally uncensored.

Most shows get a BD release. I think that the only changes on the BD version for Masou Gakuen HxH will be slight animation fixes since the show is already uncensored and probably some extra specials too.
